My partner and I were recently assisted by Kyle and Adriana to purchase a new Roborock vacuum. Kyle and Adriana's understanding of robot vacuums was very helpful and they were able to explain the features and benefits of each model with such clarity that I felt confident in our decision. They took the time to understand our specific needs and allowed us to bring in our dog hair to make sure the vacuums could actually cope with our cleaning needs which our previous Ecovacs robot vacuum couldn’t. Their personalised approach made all the difference, ensuring that I walked out of the store with exactly what I was looking for. Overall, we are very happy with our Roborock purchase and professional service with Harvey Norman.

Was looking at phones and Moey went above and beyond - best service I've gotten in a long time. Made sure I had all the knowledge I needed without being overbearing in the slightest. A great experience.

Unusually someone came to help us: this meant we ended up buying 2 appliances rather than the 1 we planned on. Both staff members we came in contact with with very helpful.

I purchased a new TV during the boxing day sales. I had to collect my TV from the warehouse in Rose Street. Shout out to the warehouse team. They were quick to acknowledge my presence at the window, pleasant and happy with all customers waiting. Today would have been tough for them, so busy, and they were fabulous. They're the staff you want representing your business. Well done!

Came here to buy a TV and was greeted by a young bloke called Ben who works in the TV section.
The level of professionalism, patience and SERVICE this guy provided to us over 2 days was absolutely outstanding. It was just such a joy dealing with this bloke and so easy and straightforward.
I am very big on customer service and if the retail/sales industry had more people like Ben, the industry wouldn't get such a bad wrap.
Keep doing what you're doing mate, big things ahead for you!

Usually like this store, it's well set out but on this occasion I went in looking to buy a small radio. They had a number on display & I chose one that was reduced to $77 by their sign but when I went to buy it came up as about $150. Checked by manager of department who said sinage was wrong for the item & wouldn't compromise, they then put radio back in same spot. Attitude totally wrong so I left, definitely won't return at least to that department. Went elsewhere.

After bad experience with the liverpool store, in June 2022 I went to Campbelltown store to purchase a jura Z10 coffee machine which by the way makes fantastic coffee. I spoke to a sales lady Renee T she was so professional and patient answered all my questions obviously was many of them due to the price, she matched price and also offered the 6 months interest free Renee also took the big box to my car. This experience makes me go back to Campbelltown store if I need anything else, thanks Renee T

Wandered around the store (elec department) couldn't find anyone to help me so i walked out. Good Underground car park with internal access.

Extremely happy with the customer service shown by Will from the electrics division in store. After shopping around at multiple other places Will was our man that helped us from start to finish. His prices were unbeatable his way of explaining the specs for each appliance was unmatched was so nice and patient with us. Helpful with the whole process. Thanks Will.
