Rang and got Lucas who was more than happy to help and price match me on an upright freezer. Answered all my questions, couldn’t be any more helpful. Highly recommend!

Went to computers section - found the guy I dealt with very helpful in suggesting the best product for my needs.went to the local Officeworks first and found staff hard to get help from and not very knowledgeable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Marie who helped us in buying Fridge and washing machine. Thanks to Bek who helped us in choosing a right vacuum. They gave a good response on call even. Happy to visit Harvey Norman again.

Customer service is very poor and thier product is even poorer. I purchased an a.h beard mattress with a 10 yr warranty, 7 months on it has fallen apart and is unusable, I contacted Harvey Norman and was told someone would call me back the next day, they never bothered to even try. Basically telling me to sort it out with a.h beard myself, which I tried but Ah beard has walked away from thier warranty obligations sighting because of the location being regional (Bathurst) they where unable to fulfill the warranty saying it wasn't my fault, but it wasn't thiers either? And some dribble about having logistics problems. So the big question is why does Harvey Norman sell a.h beard products (with warranty) at regional locations if a.h beard has no intention of honouring said warranty? According to a.h beard if I want to know the answer to that question I would have to take them to tribunal! And Harvey Norman stands by and says nothing, obviously ok with this kind of underhanded deceptive behaviour.

Within approx 5 minutes in the white goods we were greeted by Rebecca, she asked all the right questions and we were on the same page almost immediately.

She didn’t try upselling us to something we did not want or need (something I hate), she understood our requirements and explained all the features of the machine we had selected.

She is very knowledgeable and can explain things in an easy to understand manner, for that we sincerely appreciate it. I truly hope she is recognised and shown the gratitude from management that she deserves, she is a massive asset to Harvey Norman.

Fantastic customer service every time I go there. Tyson and Bbreen went above and beyond to make sure everything I wanted to purchase was ordered correctly and able to be delivered at the same time. Definitely worth the drive from Orange.

Spent 8k elsewhere.

Came here with the intentions of walking out or at least ordering a lounge suite and sofa bed. Was willing to spend 10k cash and knew what we were looking for, so the sale wasn't going to be a hard one.

If only someone wanted to serve us. Walk in to find at least two staff members in their mobile phones sitting at the desk. Whilst one male did acknowledge us, he remained at the desk even after his call was finished and commenced to make another call.

We walked three laps of the furniture section and still no assistance. Eventually, walked out and went to a nearby furniture store and ended up with far better service. Our 8k was spent elsewhere that day.

Service in the store was fine. Low rating given on the delivery service only. Instructions were documented for unboxing our new washing machine in the laundry. I was not home as delivery arrived prior to delivery time stated. Washing machine was left in laundry but not unboxed. Due to me having back issues and husband's restricted mobility, we now have to wait for family to be available to help us. Not good service. Expected better!

Just yuck! The guy that “served” me had really poor personal hygiene and a personality that stank as well. Yuck

Harvey Norman are a very old name in retail and the shopping experience at the Bathurst store shows this in the worst kind of way.my ability to purchase was questioned solely due to the fact that I am in a wheelchair, My money and I will go elsewhere.

Just got off the phone with Bek to buy a new fridge. Super helpful service, managed to get it onto the delivery run for me same day! Amazing. Love working with good country folk. Hope it arrives in good shape today but just an amazing experience - quick call, diverted to the correct department, same price as online and delivered today. Thanks Bek!

Becoming a regular shopper, when purchasing appliances for house renovations. Competitive pricing supported with detailed product knowledge. Without exception all the team are extremely helpful, from the showroom to the warehouse team.

Just wanted to shout out Josh in the TV dept, I recently bought a new OLED tv after he walked me through the different technologies. Turns out there was a serious issue with the TV when I got it home and Josh was very quick to get the issue resolved and for my convenience through my local store in Orange. Also shout out to Cathy in Orange
