35A lovely lookout spot that is a short walk walk from the main road (on which there is plenty of parking)

Just the perfect time at this place!
A dude Paragliding!
The place is calm and tranquil!
Hidden gem. Amazing views. Rustic seating and arbor adds to the charm of the view.great spot to get married!
I noticed some people said you need to park far away which may be the case in the holiday peak seasons. Normally we can just stop by the road side and park next to the entrance path near the main road, and it’s a 10meter walk to the lookout. So timing to visit is quite essential. The lookout also connects to the costal walk so if you plan to walk all the way from the tow centre to the light house look out, this one is in the middle of the route. The 5-meter long table was made out of one piece of wood. Amazing views
Great place with beautiful views. Great spot for a wedding ceremony or even a packed picnic. NO BBQ area.
The story and decoration around the beach are unique. It's sad not being able to swim there, but a nice walk or run is good enough.
Love Harry's lookout. Short walk from main road. Beautiful view. Love taking friends there and to Shelley beach to show the history of Harry.
Harry's lookout is such a great spot for expansive views over the ocean, for weddings or celebrations, hang gliding or parasailing. Easily accessible with a good paved pathway (so the dresses wont drag in the dirt and heels won't become embedded!)
You don't get a much better sweeping view of the ocean than from this place. It's magnificent. No surprise that people who have been there many times keep coming back for more.
Small lookout overlooking Shelly beach.
Part of the Port Macquarie Coastal Walk
It's only a small path to the lookout from the road which is easy to miss but is worth the effort. 200 metres from the road leads to a great view.
Nearly 180 degree view over the beach and Ocean
To get to this little lookout, you need to park your car some 30-40m up the road, then walk on the sidewalk till you get to the turnoff, then you take the turn and continue walking for another 20-30m and get to the lookout. There is a nice-looking arch, a table and bench, and viewing platform. Some pretty standard view from lookouts like this, but still good view. Some of my photos are drone photos - you won't see the exact same thing just from standing on the platform. They are here just to help you understand what view you will get from this lookout.
Lovely spot for a quiet picnic away from others. Must walk in from the road. Spectacular view on a sunny day.
Pleasant walk along the short trail. And the background story that comes with it makes the place more interesting.
What a view from Harry’s Lookout! From Port Macquarie Coastal Sea Walk to Sea Acres Rainforest you’ll find Harry’s Lookout, from Harry you can walk down the steps to find Shelly Beach. Harry’s Lookout is a great place to view Whales or even wild bush turkeys!
Visited this during my long weekend break. Fantastic and relaxing place. Recommended for small parties too.
Great! Spectacular view. Medievil Viking table & Chairs to rest at, snack or bring a picnic lunch.
Just brilliant.scenic bush walk down to Shelly beach.wear insect repellent now, as Ross River fever is up, do to wet conditions
"bloody mozzie's" or go out onto Street to beautiful walk way down to S. Beach, whilst their check-out Sea Acres
Great lookout in just 2 min walk from the street. Lovely quite point with beautiful views to the sea and connecting to the coastal walk.
Cool little lookout with a great view.
We only stopped off for the view, but this place looks like it would be excellent for a group picnic lunch with massive long tables and seating.
The archways and tables lend a unique feel to the place and I imagine it would be stellar to watch hang gliders and parasailers jumping off from there too.
