Harris Park Laundrette

Was badly ironed when I went to pick up first. They asked me to come back later. When I stepped in later, the owner said he forgot about it? I was supposed to travel with my dress tonight and now I have to find someone to do it for me alongside other chores I have for a family wedding.

Wasted more than half of my day! Not happy!

An unusual poor service incident, -I went to pick up my jacket after the due date and they said it has not arrived after that I come home driving 9 kms total trip 18 kms and he calls me and says that he found it so. He agreed to drop it home but when I asked him he began fighting. Poor attitude, poor customer service.

The young person named Tai managing the business doesnt have any concept of 'Service recovery'. He is not ready to admit his mistake and take corrective action. They made me make a trip 18 kms back and forth to get my jacket. He could have delivered the jacket (which he had agreed earlier) as it was his fault. The elderly gentleman managing the laundry is polite and humble however Tai most probably his son is not only aggressive but also a liar! I just feel like laughing at his response where he admits his mistake however has not done anything to rectify it!
Its an unusual incident from this business however it has happened and I wouldnt have reviewed it had it not been for the attitude of the gentleman who backtracked on his word and showed a bad attitude for customer service

I want to job in your Laudrette as cleaner from in India. I want to come to Australia next 2 month. Can I get this job?

Great price, great service, fast turn around time! I can usually drop off my dry cleaning on one day and pick it up the following day

They are the big cheaters.
I got three products drycleane from them. They charged $67 from me but when I got it back ask three were regular washed and the Fabric for one of the dress was spoiled due to wash.
When I complained, the old couple started to argue and fight.

They do a great job washing my clothes and they found cash money in my work clothes and they gave it back to me. Best laundromat in the west. ️️

Rubbish service I asked the guy on the shop till when he can provide me with my shirt back he gave me his time I agreed and paid him.but the next I asked friend to pick it up it was not ready and I specified that I'm off to Melbourne and need to take it with me he promised to me that he will make sure it's ready on time.

Lovely bunch of people running this place. The service is spot on and they get a amazing job done at a small price for full service. Even business shirts barely need to be ironed after they are done. Always quick but willing to work around your schedule. Hard to speak for the third party dry clean service as I have only used it once and was not in a rush.
This will always be worth the trip and it's nice to get a smile with the service. A rare commodity.

Sweetest Asian couple running this place. Self service, but not coin operated or pay another 2 bucks for them to do it. My clothes came out great, no complaints here. Definitely Recommended.

I have used this laundrette multiple times before and every time seems to be something wrong.

Final straw: I took some white shirts and navy + black pants to be washed. When I picked them up after - they all my light color shirts had orange spots on them like ink or marker! I politely went back to ask them to rewash them at least. First off; they couldn't see anything wrong with white business shirts that look like they have chicken pox. Secondly; they blamed me for bringing my clothes in to get washed.

In conclusion: if you have black or dark clothes then take them there you'll be happy with the pricing - anything else I wouldn't recomend! Or just go to someone who knows what the fcuk they are doing.

I have been going there regularly for few months now and the entire family is very friendly and welcoming plus the detergent they use makes the cloths smell awesome
I am traveling from guildford to harris park even when i have some launderette in merrylands but these guys are the best
