I attend Harmony Soul Yoga and I LOVE it. Time is taken for you to find yourself in each pose and work on technique, no rushing on to the next pose. The pace is a perfect blend of flow and gentleness, which gives you space to find strength in your body and stillness in your mind. It is the best way for me to end my week. I float out of class, feeling refreshed and relaxed all at once. Highly recommend!

Sam has such a peaceful, calming presence. Her classes give you an hour to focus on yourself. Her knowledge and attention to each student goes beyond and above. I highly recommend her.
