I’ve been coming to Himani for a few weeks now for threading and waxing and have never had any major issues. Today however I did book in for a face threading appointment and showed up to her door but she mentioned she might’ve forgot to book me in and already had another client. She did confirm via text that I was booked in and I did too so I was abit confused. I understand these things happen and all I wanted was an apology but she was very defensive about it and told me I didn’t confirm with her and I voiced my feelings that I was abit annoyed about it she responded “don’t be angry with me…” but I kept telling her I wasn’t angry I just wanted to clear up that it wasn’t my fault that I wasn’t booked in and all I wanted was an apology. She was very defensive about it. Quite disappointed

Had a amazing time I got a deep cleaning facial done as I’m a teenager who has a lot of acne on my face the deep cleansing facial helped me a lot with taking the acne out as well very professional and knows what she’s doing when it comes to doing a facial or doing eye brows really nice and humble and very nice.

I have been going to Harmoney Spa for almost 2 years. Over these past two years, Himani has become my friend. I find Himani very sincere and professional in all her dealings.

I do have stubborn ingrown hair and she will meticulously try to pull them all out without leaving marks on my skin. My skin is very sensitive and bruises very easily. Himani is always conscious about it and is very careful while threading and doing facials on my face.

Her spa is spotless and well maintained. I cannot recommend Himani enough. In my opinion, she is excellent!
