Harkham Wine

Went for a tasting. The location is lovely but the lady doing our tasting didn’t know anything about wine. Feel like knowing what “body” is should be a minimum.

Very nice experience at Harkham. We were close to closing time, but the winegrower opened his doors and his bottles to us!
Biodynamic equivalent method for amateurs.
The chardonnay was a superb success, we had to bring back two copies in our already very loaded suitcases. The very pleasant “old vines” Syrah, very spicy, a little steep in price.
Without doubt our best experience on a vineyard in Australia. Thanks for the tasting!

We Came to Harkham for a group tasting. We all really enjoyed ourselves. The staff were really friendly and the wine was delicious. It was a great atmosphere, very chilled, relaxed and welcoming.

The chocolate liqueur is absolutely divine and at the very least should be in the top 3 reasons to visit this cellar door along with being one of the few organic wineries - Tarney was also awesome

Bryce of the Harkham estate is one of a kind, much like his Rose and the Chocolate Liquer at this place!

Fantastic winery! In an area that has so many wineries put this top of your list. Amazing wines and drew who conducted our tasting was brilliant! Much more personalised and intimate experience than the bigger wineries.

Hands down my favourite cellar and wines across board! Harkham wines was our first stop of the day and Drew & Bryce were the best company we could ask for. Entertaining, fun, very knowledgable and great laughs. We even wanted to cancel our last wine tasting and come back here! That’s how much we loved it.

The best Sémillon in the Hunter Valley Region and love the stories and history behind this little gem and support with their Hark Angel Shiraz.

Absolute gem in the Hunter, one of my favourites! Definitely worth a visit. Beautiful cellar door, with a great atmosphere. Richie shared so much knowledge about his winemaking process, which was fantastic. All the wines are delicious, and the chocolate liqueur is insane!
