Regrettably, I would not recommend this place, and my experience here deserves a negative rating. During my recent second earlobe piercing a few weeks ago, there were complications. It appears that my earlobes proved too thick for the piercing gun, and the use of a 6mm jewelry for my centimeter-long earlobes was inappropriate. This resulted in a subsequent infection, with the jewelry embedding 4mm into my earlobe just a few days later.

When I reached out to the owner to discuss the issue, they denied any occurrence and accused me of falsehood. They also dismissed my account of our initial conversation. Seeking resolution, I sought assistance from Skin-Candy, where they replaced the jewelry with a more suitable option and provided a better spray, along with antibiotics prescribed by a doctor.

Considering the experience, I would caution against choosing this establishment due to instances of perceived rudeness and unprofessionalism.

I recently met an outstanding hairdresser with brilliant hair colouring and blow-drying skills. I was looking to have my ends touched up and was pleasantly surprised at Hoda's keen eye and professional skills, who left my hair looking gorgeous and my skin colour glowing. Thank you so much, Hoda! And Hairhouse Narellan! You have a returning customer here!

I just walked into the store, with two employees at the cash registers talking and on the phone. One gave me a quick glance and ignored me I walked around the shampoo/conditioner looking for a product for my hair, neither of the girls offered help.
I walked out very disappointed and vow never to go back.

I had my first experience at your shop with Hoda doing a treatment on my hair. She was so beautiful, sweet, kind and gave me the best blow-dry i’ve ever had! I wish i had somewhere to go after lol.

I highly recommend that if you go here that you ask for Hoda as she has lots experience and skills. As well as being the nicest hairdresser i’ve ever met. Thanks so much Hoda! I’ll be back!

The ladies here took really good care of my hair and spent so long on it to make it look amazing, it looked like a bird's nest before they were done! Soo appreciative for the hard work thank you so much girls! - Yasmin

My 13 year old daughter had her hair done by Hoda for her birthday and she did an amazing job! Not only with her hair, which came up absolutely beautiful, but also with how she was with my daughter making her feel comfortable and relaxed for her first experience at the hairdressers. All the ladies there are lovely and I would highly recommend!

Today I cut my hair at Hairhouse Narellan and I will go there again and again I was so happy with the cut and with all the staff, they’re so friendly, especially Houda who did a really nice job.

Hoda at Hairhouse Narellan is amazing, I never book anyone else and every single time she exceeds my expectations. She is super sweet and attentive, definitely one of the best at what she does.

Excellent service and advice when purchasing hair products. Oh wow they work so well. Highly recommend to see staff and ask for help when not sure which hair products to buy.

I went in yesterday to Narellan Shop, the guy in the front left me half way through while i was asking about a product, then the girls in front were very pushy and weren't showing the items properly, after i decided to buy, the manager came to process the sale and she was very rude after i told her how her staff was, this was a very unfriendly shop i visited, especially the manager, she was soo rude and didn't want to hear what i had to say.

Booked a hair cut arrived there early sat down only to be told I have to wear a mask for a haircut (how can you cut hair with straps covering my hair anyway?) despite willingness to show exemption that I physically cannot breathe with one on signed and dated by a doctor

Absolute joke

So I was having a bad day and l walked into the salon and a beautiful, smart lady named Ally greeted me quickly and asked what l was after. I said, I’m having a really bad day and l just need a change so I asked for a full colour (from blonde to violet purple) knowing my chances were thin. She managed to fit me in even though she had customers and turned my day around within seconds. Thank you so much for an amazing job and service.

Was in hairhouse yesterday. Guy at front of store was lovely. Girls in piercing section were wearing masks incorrectly and spoke to my granddaughter quite rudely. Not going back

Waited over 10 minutes at the counter for someone to serve me, oblivious to the fact that I was waiting there to purchase the product I left on the counter. Left without purchasing the products. ️

Highly recomend, Liliana is amazing. Each time I have visited she has gone above and beyond, she is a perfectionist?

Today my daughter and I visited in the arvo, I got a wash blow dry and cut I am loving my bob cut. Her hands are amazing.

I would never let anyone else touch my hair besides her worth every penny

MASSIVE RIP OFF!

Decide to book in for a appointment at this salon as I have never been to this salon before.

One of the girls there went over the services i'd be getting done which was having a semi permanent color removed and my roots touched up, she told me she wasn't going to be able to remove the semi permanent and that i'd need to go a copper or a dark color? I also do not appreciate the same girl telling me that no other salon would do my hair the color I wanted in one day? Who talks like that? ! She also began telling me how much she cares about my hair and that I should consider seeing them, if I was ripping off someone $485 I would tell them that too, only I wouldn't never have the audacity do this.

I have found another salon called Lux Hair that quoted me only $180 for the same services not only that they removed my semi permanent color with ease, and my hair wasn't damaged at all it felt so soft and healthy. Very happy I did not book in here.

My mum was thinking of coming here to get her hair honey blonde I'm telling my mum to go somewhere else.

We dodged a bullet going here. Lacked experience/knowledge/confidence with colour. Was quoted a price that was more than what you’d pay in the city. Hairdresser was looking at daughters hair with a foul look on her face which made my daughter feel very uncomfortable. Spoke over the top of us and wouldn’t give us a straight answer. Was even told to ‘Stop talking’. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this place.

Got a wash and trim. They fit me in as a walk in. The young girl who looked after me was so friendly and welcoming. Plus she did a great job of my hair.

It used to be really good but now must have new owners or something because I could do a better job with hair clippers at home will probably never go back again

Attended the Narellan store today and was served by Ally. I can honestly say she was very professional and was great at understanding what her clients are after. The staff are very approachable and friendly. I have been to many hairhouse warehouse stores and can honestly say by far the Narellan store is the best.
I recommend people to go here and see Ally. Thanks so much Ally I love my hair! You made my day!
