Couldn’t be more happy with my flooring! I had no idea what I was doing and Mick guided me through my options and what would be best for my one bed apartment. It now feels transformed into a brand new, modern and bigger apartment thanks to Mick and his team. The delivery was executed perfectly with absolutely no issues, couldn’t recommend them enough.

Have nothing but praise for Mick after 3 major floors in the last 15 years. These other reviewers are laughable. I had dust and a bit of rubbish as well but was cleaned up perfectly by them. Mick knows more about floors and wood than anyone I have ever encountered. USE THEM

Just about to get my third floor from Michael, and saw the reviews. Cracked me up. Michael has been my flooring contractor for over 20 years, he is the funniest, you either love or you hate him, there is no in between.
All the floors where installed by true professionals, Micheal would not have it any other way & they all really do know their stuff.

Stay clear of this company. Rude, incompetent and don't deliver what you pay for. I ordered and was shown prime quality boards. I ended up with poor quality boards full of marks and knots. Prime quality should not have the knots. They were completely unhelpful and I've ended up with a house full of low quality boards. Stay clear of them

Rude, went in a second time, with more specific questions, silly move. Both experiences with this shop have been appalling, time for them to quit dealing with the public. Stay well clear if you would like your questions answered about flooring, let alone puchase any!

Disgusting service, no organisation, full off excuses, extremely rude, unauthorised payment withdrawal.not ethical.job not finished, had to clear away workmans rubbish, my home left in a mess.when gave feedback was severely abused.

We dealt with Mick and Nick for quoting and booking. Frank performed our installation. Kevin completed the clorking.
They were reliable, responsive, honest and in general a very easy and good to deal with.
