List your property for rental through Harcourts St Marys and they'll ensure it is looked after to the highest standard. Well actually they won't. The property next door to me is an absolute disgrace and Harcourts have no interest in doing anything about it. A positive health hazard now reported to council. And that one star rating is one star too many!

Very unprofessional shred my documents without informing when I ask why did you shred.
Answer was we don’t have your number.

Incredibly unprofessional behaviour by Krish Nair.
Constantly stalling and deflecting for weeks, blaming government departments, the vendor, and even my own solicitor.
Even his final text accusing me of not being serious with my offer was delayed, go figure.
Don't waste your time with this mob.

Bunch of clowns can't be trusted their Real Estate profile has so many duplicates of properties making it look like they're selling a lot, in reality they're barely doing anything their agents are absolute useless always bagging out other agents rather than focusing on themselves.

This real estate agency is very dodgy service, they never refund my deposit and can never trust them when its come to money

I have been spammed by some Krish Nair over sms and emails. EVEN after requesting to remove my number and unsubscribing from the email list, it just keeps on coming up.it has been months and the guy never stops. Also the streets have been filled with Krish Nair ads, which are not responsibly put up. Sometimes, those ads even fell on the roads and never cleaned up.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!
Most unprofessional agent I’ve ever seen. Mailed rent cheque to a wrong address. Forgot to renew the lease with the tenants and we had to call up to remind them. Called up multiple times afterwards because we did not receive any updates, took them 3 weeks to get the lease fully signed after us chasing up multiple times. Not to mention the constant excuse that the printer isn’t working after I clearly said that a photographed or digital copy would be sufficient, and Kelly only sent a Docusigned copy that was signed by only one tenant after we said we would go into the office to get the copy they claimed they had. We have since moved onto another agent and they are so much better.

I recently sold my house in St Clair and I would like to share my experience.with my first contact with Bailey to the excellent professional and dedication of Mikaela had my house sold on the first open day for a great price, I can not recommend highly enough for Mikaela's hard work no pressure I did not feel like I was dealing with a salesperson but a old friend many thanks.

Real estate agents are usually regarded as one of the least trusted profession in Australia. Well, there are always exceptions and Matthew DeBono is one of them. From the first phone call to the very last one he was always honest, professional and trustworthy. I don’t know any real estate agent so I sent same email to all local agents and Matthew was the very first one that called me back. After speaking to about 10 of them I chose Matthew as I felt he was the most genuine. All that he promised - he delivered. He went over and beyond and helped me with a very difficult tenant that his agency wasn’t even managing. All communication was done over the phone or emails so I haven’t even met him until settlement day when I had to hand in my keys.
He didn’t even asked me to write this review – I offered.
Now when I need real estate agent again, I know who to call. Thanks Matt!

Was looking for a rental, changing area due to being too expensive. Got in contact with Harcourts at St Marys. Engin helped me find a property, made it easy to inspect, and made the application easy. Couldn't be happier with the process compared to other real estates we have dealt with, the admin team are also easy to talk to, and simplify things

Highly recommend Karl and Cameron. They are professional and approachable. As a first home buyer is very overwhelming but these guys know what they are doing and recommend the properties that around the budget.

Very strong recommendation for property management, fast response, cheap, honest, simply they are the best.

I’m going to start off by saying, I have never been treated or been spoken to so disrespectfully by real estate property managers. I had a legal situation in action, due to a robbery that occurred at the property I was renting at with harcourts. I was speaking with Scarlet (property manager) on the phone after I found out about the incident, but all she cared about was changing the locks to the property and had no sympathy or concern about myself or the nature of the call.

The communication that is shown by each and every one of the staff members, is ineffective and mis communicated between them as a team and to me as a tenant. For example, I told a staff member I was unable to bring back my set of keys to the property I was renting at, due to my busy schedule. The person who answered said that was okay and I could come in when I was available. I now have to pay $580 for a place, I have not been staying at because of the terrible communication shown to me by the harcourts team.

I would highly recommend to anyone reading this, to find a better real estate who will meet your needs and give you a place that has safety and security. That’s all I have to say, believe me if you want to and if you don’t that’s okay. I’m just trying to help individuals who are looking to move out, real information they need about real estate professionals.

I’ve dealt with many real estate agents over my time and I also hold a real estate licence myself and it’s people like him that seperate the good from the great.
