Second successful sale for me. This was the second time Jim has sold a property for me and i am happy with the result.
Jim is fairly laid back and certainly not pushy, which i like. He kept me informed of all interest and offers and managed to get a reasonable price for my property.

Ross is like the proverbial duck.
Ross is like the proverbial duck. On the surface looks like he is just drifting in the current, however under the waterline those little webbed feet are going like crazy. He is working very hard to get the best deal he can for the lucky vendor.
