Luke͏ Wilson was friendly and honest, always on hand to answer questions. He was very flexible when we had some deposit financing issues prior to the auction and followed up with all our questions to the vendor promptly. Following the sale he followed up several times with his offers to assist in any way he could. Overall we found him to be professional and knowledgeable about the property and his flexibility and efficiency secured us our home at a price we were more than happy with.

It is true what they say that you can't buy a good reputation; you must earn it. Danielle anticipated all of our needs along the way. She made time to meet us at our home to initially explain everything. She has a wealth of current market knowledge and insight which helped us make the right decisions along the way. Danielle and the reception staff at Harcourts Newcastle were a breath of fresh air after 3 long months trying to source a rental property.
