I always feel comfortable when I come to Harbour radiology at miller they staff are lovely they are always welcoming and just have a lot of compassion to everyone that walks through them doors

I’ve been to other radiology centres and this one has been my go to whilst I was pregnant. The staff were very friendly and professional. And it was really nice when the sonographer decorated my gender note for my baby. It was very thoughtful. Thank you:)

April at reception greeted myself & my husband with upmost respect, she also made sure we were seen although we were late? Dr Hong was also great for comforting us & providing us with information about my health issues & how we could go about getting it all sorted.

They were very kind understanding caring an they actually listen I would like to thank them very much for looking after me whist I was there. Thank you Harbour Radiologhy Miller. Kind people still exist.

My husband and I had the best experience getting our morphology scan here a few days ago and we couldn’t be more grateful. We were recommended by a friend to try them out and we’re so glad we did! The amazing lady performing our ultrasound (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) made sure that we knew what she was doing the entire time, always explained what body part we were looking at and even printed out some cute photos of our baby for us! We left beaming so a big THANKYOU to all the ladies working there that provided us with such a lovely experience

Super efficient and very friendly staff. Was in and out for CT scan in about 15 mins. Will be using these guys for any scans going forward. Highly recommend.

I was in severe pain with my back and hips. The girl that did the ultrasound was very gentle and explained everything that she was going to do with me. The man who did the x-ray on my back and hips was very gentle and caring and put me at ease. Congratulations to all staff at Miller. Would highly recommend.

I had my appointment booked in on Tuesday last week with Samantha for an ultrasound. She was by far one of the best consultants I've come across. She is passionate about her job, made me feel so comfortable and went above and beyond for me. Harbour Radiology is lucky to have Samantha. I couldn't recommend her enough. Zelda who did our ultrasound was outstanding- very professional, friendly and explained everything to us. Had the best experience here and can only recommend this place to everyone.

Friendly professional people. Appointments are kept to time so there is only a short wait. Easy access to parking and public transport.

Had the worst experience here, told the Asian guy with glasses (he didn’t give us a name) that I was in pain and had sharp pains in my stomach and he still continues to press on my belly really hard without warning me. I have had many ultrasounds before and that was not the way to do it. He kept rushing me and I was trying to ask questions but I couldn’t because he was rushing me. He was so rude and unprofessional. This is my first pregnancy and I was not comforted and he didn’t help me in the slightest bit. All my ultrasound pictures were blurry and you can’t see much. He seemed like he didn’t want to be there and he couldn’t have been in a rush because no one else was in the centre when I came out afterwards.

I took my son here last week for an x-ray and ultrasound. The staff were fantastic and realised my son (He's 28 and autistic) was scared so a staff member went in with him for his x ray and explained everything. She put his mind at ease knowing that he wouldn't see his scans that she was sending them straight to the doctor. A brilliant location with heaps of parking.

Best radiology I've ever been to. Friendly, professional staff. Love that the set up of the room for my obstetrics ultrasound was very comfortable - there was a screen that I was able to view from where I lay and didn't have to turn my head to look at the radiologist's screen. Ultrasound photos were printed out on the spot upon request as opposed to having to wait til later on in the day to be able to pick them up like other radiologies I've been to. Highly recommended! Easy to locate, friendly and very helpful customer service, short wait time. I will be sure to recommend this practice to all of my friends and family.

I gave 2 stars instead of 1 as I really want. Because The guy and the reception girl who wearing GLASSES are very nice.
BUT I met the other receptionist, she sounds not willing to help and looks like not happy to be there. And the lady radiologist, OMG she was so unprofessional and rude. By the way she told me "I can't do it if you are not full, I don't have water here and I don't have time, Come here, Closer, " after I asked her if I should sit outside and drink more water as I came 15mins early.
HOPE You read this and improve

This practice opened in Miller shopping centre last week. I went for urgent ultrasound of my foot after twisted my ankle. The radiology is very nice and clean. Receptionist was nice and gave me the same day appointment. I am very happy with their service. Easy parking in shopping centre. I couldn’t believe that the whole thing took 30 minutes of my time and I managed to see my doctor after the ultrasound again.
