Have called in twice, staff very helpful and friendly, they fixed both problems within 10 minutes on both occasions.

Being there for 2 times and there service is perfect. Once was for replacing my phone screen which they replaced with original parts even cheaper than regular phone repair shops. The second time was for unlocking FRP which they did it for free. Quick and perfect service. If you have a Huawei phone don't go to other places.

As a Huawei service centre they told me they cant replace a battery of Huawei mate 30 because they don't have spare part. What a JOKE

Brought in a Huawei phone with a completely unresponsive screen - turns out the LCD cracked inside. The staff here fixed it with no issues and within just a few hours. Extremely happy and grateful that I can use my phone again just like new. Thank you very much!

Great service! My Huawei P10 was dead. I couldn't turn on the phone, which means I will lose all my newborn's photo and videos. Alex helped me to fix the phone and changed the battery. It is free of charge as the warranty still covers it. Now I have all my data back! Excellent customer service, quick and professional. Strongly recommend Happytel!

Helpful staff, and the best price to get a huawei p30 pro fixed in Sydney.
I came in with a huawei p30 pro with severely cracked front screen and back glass and they replaced both (which includes a new battery) for $284 (which includes a 20% parts discount from Huawei). Took about 2 hours to fix it during which I waited in lobby area working.
Only downside I didn't like was I had to tell them my phone's pin code so they can conduct tests on a computer in their back end. So an improvement they can make is to have the tests done in the lobby in the view of the customer.

They don't fix international phones. I wasted one week for any solution. Any support from Huawei Australia.

Got a smashed old Huawei phone, with extremely valued data inside. Went to Happytel kiosk at Castle Hill, the staff told me they don't have screen stock and recommended to try the Auburn store for a faster repair. Went to Auburn left the phone on Friday, got the phone back on next Monday. The phone looks like almost brand new, even with a screen protector applied on it without charge. These guys are the real pros knows exactly what they are doing. THANK YOU!

The cheapest place I could find to replace the touch screen on my phone. 2hr hour wait I thought was pretty good.

My Y9 Prime has gone problematic after 1 year of purchase, which makes me very disappointed. But the service team had been a good consolation, replacing the faulty phone after some check up, without a fuss.

Sent my phone from Melbourne for repair, got my phone back fairly quick (i.e. In 10 days) however my phone came back with a missing SIM card tray which is very disappointing as it means I still won't be able to use my phone for another few days.

Having said that they did send a replacement SIM card tray and an additional new USB cable very quickly so really appreciate that as well.

Went to repair mu huawei mate 20 pro for water damage. I had second thoughts about it until I met the friendly staff their who were so helpful and the technicians were just amazing. I waited for an hour and my lifeless phone was back to life and even better than before. This is the first time I'm satisfied with any customer service centre. Just go to them without a thought, they'll come up with something for you too. They made my new year!

Terrible customer service. Huawei quotes repair price more than the phones initial cost. Don't buy Huawei they will make any excuse not to fix your phone even when its under warranty and only 4 months old.
