These guys are amazing and they kept their promise. Last year, I bought the tempered glass iphone cover and I accidentally dropped from heights and it was broken. But iPhone screen was not damaged at all. I went back to them and they immediately ordered my tempered screen and installed a new one for me at no cost within the guarantees. I am so happy. These guys are really helpful and I will definitely use their services again if needed in future.

Purchased a liquid screen protector for my Samsung Note Plus. I was informed that this was just as good as the glass protector that I usually get, but they had sold out of. You even get a $250 cash back on warranty apparently.

Went today to find out about fixing my screen as I dropped it (previously have done this and the protector has cracked and not my actual phone screen) at no point did the woman I purchase the screen protector from tell me that I had to register.so she tells me I now have no warranty on this useless screen protector that doesn't actually work, and my actual screen to replace cost $500 on a phone I paid $1800 cash for

Clearly a cash grab scam and arrogant rude people working there who I received no apology from, and both the rude women turned their backs on me while i was speaking to them.

Go somewhere else you're not going to be ripped off and treated like a peasant by arrogant rude staff who take no responsibility for selling you a product that doesn't work

Being coming to these guys for years now every time I get a new phone - screen protector, new case, all done. Why? They put on the screen protector like it is their own phone. Excellent service again today.

Don't purchase the iphone glass protectors as they are cheaply made.
They offer you a 2 for 1 deal, meaning if the first one cracks, they will replace it for another one. This is great, however but my first drop on its side and the protector cracked immediately, got it changed and dropped it less than a week later and completely smashed again. I've used original iphone protectors in the past and they last way longer than these cheap ones. They wouldn't be offering two for one if they were good.
Pay the same price and get it from somewhere else.

Absolutely great service and brilliant repair. My daughter recommended Happytel Castle Towers as she and her friends were very happy with their "Phone Visits" to this store. I required a replacement screen for my I Phone which had been dropped. From my initial phone call, through to attending the store the service was outstanding. The store operator was most helpful and did the repair in no time. When I picked my phone she went out of her way to explain the (very good) warranties and to keep my receipts. Thank you Happytel. I will definitely recommend your business to anyone wanting a fair price on a serious phone repair in the Hills District.

Phone is good as new after a screen replacement. Don't bother with other phone repair stores if you live in the hills.

[[ A Soldering Iron in Inexperienced Hands = Phone Damaged Beyond Repair ]]. @Happytel, do not "play around" soldering on customer's circuit boards. You handed the phone back and said you had "tried" to fix it. You said I should try to find someone more skilled. I DID, but your damage was already done. # ALL DATA LOST

The BEST service in Sydney. These guys were so polite and professional and were the only phone shop in all of Sydney who could transfer the data off my old broken phone to my new at such short notice - Plus they were so reasonably priced. HIGHLY recommend!

Highly rate this phone shop. Great service and help was provided. Many other phone shops I spoke to told me that data recovery was not possible. Tim from HappyTel said it was possible and quoted a very reasonable price. Chris completed the data recovery successfully and promptly. Both Chris and Tim were very helpful and friendly.

All of a sudden I couldn’t take any photos from my i phone but I was managed to take selfies. So I went for looking Fone King @ Castle Hill & couldn’t find it. As my I phone was repaired by them before. As I couldn’t find that store anymore, I just bumped in to Happyrel store & ask for Fone King. There was a young boy @ the counter & quickly looked in to it & facilitated me. As my store was not there any more I decided to give my iphone to Tim. He had a good look & fixed my i phone without any charges before 10 blinks.
Tim was SO honest, humble, genuine, accurate, capable & trust worthy. I was so shocked that he fixed that with out any charges. Tim needs 5 stars, nothing lesser than that. TIM is an asset for this company. In this day and era we hardly come across honest workers like this. Therefore we cold not merely treasure them but we could advertise about their loyalty as well. TIM, HEAPS of THANKS for your amazing services.

Excellent service, great price! Had an iPhone 5 and iPhone 5s batteries replaced, one not holding charge and the other bulging. Took 15 minutes each. Repair done efficiently and with great care while I waited. Highly recommended.
