Don’t get any phone cases from here they are not protective, the lady that served me told me the case is very protective and will not damage my phone, after one year of having my phone in a casetify phone case and dropping it plenty of times I had no cracks or breaks…. One month of buying a case from this store, the back of my phone shatters….
And I made sure she. Talking to her that this was very protective she confirmed but I guess that was a lie to sell her products…

So today I went to them with a broken screen on a iPhone 12 pro they fixed it within an hour which I was really happy with they also put a screen protector on my phone as well I definitely suggest going to them it works really well as if it was brand new also staff was nice as well keep it up happytel

This place seems like it has some counterfeit Samsung chargers, I have purchased one off them and it is not a genuine product.

These two guys spent over an hour fixing our iPhone 11 that was subject to prior water damage. Changing screen frames to ensure the buttons would all work, without charge they tried 4 different glass and plastic screen protectors. Eventually everything was fixed at the cheapest price by 40-70% of the price on the market. We contacted St Marys to Mt Druitt various places and had the best experience here. It’s been almost a month prior the repair before writing this review and it’s exactly like new and reliable! Thank you HappyTel!

Very bad costumer service. Just a few months back I bought my iPhone case and screen protector from them, the lady and gentleman working there said, “ it’s the best quality and will protect my phone fully. ” I paid more than $120.00 for these and still did not protect my phone in any form. The case was ruined and so is the glass protector. Their products and liability is very very bad.

Honestly can say I’ve never had a bad experience with these guys, they are amazing at their jobs and their customer service is phenomenal. Will be recommending to everyone! Also the lady complimented my pulp fiction tattoo so that’s a bonus lol

It’s a pretty good place, you can find products their earlier that other stores, their prices are a pit high, but you can always negotiate: ] overall I think it’s a friendly staffed place.
