Had waited 2 weeks for my refills to arrive and when I contacted customer service was advised the product was out of stock. I had to contact to find this out. I was offered 2 options. Refund now or continue to wait another 2 weeks and be provided additional product as a thank you. I opted to wait. A few weeks passed. I received my order exactly as I purchased it. No 'thank you for waiting' gift. Definite case of over promise and under deliver.

Hand soap loses it lather too quickly. Store bought is much more effective. If you want to return your product, customer service is non responsive.
