I highly recommend happy dots to anyone needing an occupational therapist, Georgia has been fantastic with my daughter, and just started seeing her with my son. My daughter loves the holiday programs they offer and loves coming to her fortnightly appointments. Reception staff are always so friendly and helpful.

The outstanding assistance that Georgia provided with our son is remarkable! 12 months ago Georgia was visiting our son at day care. Georgia and our son's educators all collaborated to make sure the transition to primary school went smoothly. Because of the guidancr Georgia provided to my son, he won an award for excellent handwriting and finger spacing which we thank Georgia for being such a fantastic OT. We appreciated the consistent communication and the all the hard work you put in!

We are incredibly happy with our children's OT. We are always impressed by how helpful and friendly the admin staff are and always find it pleasant to deal with everyone at the clinic.

Our first visit to the clinic for an initial assessment was met with a friendly and informative reception. Our specialist was also friendly and courteous; getting along with our daughter quickly, whilst doing the assessment. Upon finishing our first session they helped booked our next session and gave a run-down for the next steps. I didn't even need to ask questions because they were that informative.

The staff at Happy Dots were so welcoming and friendly. We felt very relaxed in the setting. Amelia was just lovely. She was professional, knowledgeable and we felt able to speak and share our ideas and concerns freely with her. I have been taking to my son to Happy Dots for over 10 years and they are wonderful. My son sees Tim and he is fantastic.

The Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, Jesse who has been working with us/our daughter so far has been fantastic, she looks forward to her OT sessions

Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience we had an report done and then started sessions the OT was unorganised and seemed inexperienced it was basic counselling with printed hand outs for $200 a session.

If you don’t have funding you would be better off just getting a mental health care plan for counselling. We spent over $1000 with this service very disappointed.

Ally was fantastic, very professional but also friendly and understanding. My daughter enjoyed the activities and is excited about completing work at home. Overall an excellent appointment.

My husband took our son for an assessment and was raving about how inviting and engaging the site and the staff were. Our son is normally very reluctant around new faces and they made him feel so important and welcome that he immediately engaged with them and their activities! So happy that our son felt comfortable enough so we can get him the help he needs:)
