Excellent service from Hansons. Dan replaced our dead Haughton aircon with a new Dometic inverter aircon that they had in stock. Very polite and keeping us fully informed from start to finish. In future this is where we will be taking our van for work or repairs even though we live in Wingham 220 km away.

Had some work on the van, Ariel installed, shelves put in wardrobe, anti flap kit installed and a service. Nothing was to much to ask. Dan and his team where incredible and couldn't do enough. Dan and his team where amazing, needed help with hot water issues rang late afternoon and made a booking for first up next morning Dan was there and had sorted my issues on the spot excellent service with a friendly smile and very reasonable rates would highly recommend this company.

We have just had work carried out by Dan and his team. After ringing several other business's Dan was the only one to return calls. Our van was booked in for a service and a few additions to be added which included fitting internal and external components. Not only was this done in a timely manner it was also done to a very high standard. On picking up the van Dan took us through the van to show us the work and explain the operation of newly fitted systems. On top of all this he housed our van for a week as we were cut off by the floods. Nothing was to hard for him and his team. The one thing he totally gets and places high in his business principles is customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend his company, friendly, customer focused and quality work.

We used Hanson Caravans to service our dual axle 21.6' Sunseeker Caravan. Their communication and service was impeccable and highly recommend using them. Not only did they book us in last minute, they also helped us with some warranty issues we were having with our van as we passed through Coffs Harbour. A great team and very professional.

We were recommended this business, but sorely disappointed. Paid for 3 different fixes. None completed. Booked in to be looked at again. Rang and left message to change dates. Didnt bother ringing back, so we didn't turn up on apparent day we were booked in. Still no phone call to see why. Asked for quote on other jobs. 3 months later still no quote. Waste of time and $1200.

Dan helped us out recently with the purchase of our first caravan. Couldn't of asked for a better bloke to deal with coming into the caravan world with no idea he was able to give us all the information we needed and went above and bond to get us what we wanted and needed. Van has just had it's first service by Dan and his team and we are very happy with everything they did. Highly recommend using them for your repairs, accessory fitting and servicing.

Dan & his team gave fantastic service to us. We had an issue with water damage in our caravan & needed the awning replaced. Dan contacted us on several occasions keeping us updated on repairs & insurance claims. The repairman went through everything with us when we picked up our caravan & explained what repairs were done.
