I had a very bad time here. I make an appointment and came to the park. I talked with the staff they were rude and unfriendly. They told me to wait, you are next. I waited a long time, more than two hours, and when I went to ask them, they laughed and said, “We are joking, you are not next, ” and left! I had a terrible experience with the staff they were very rude and bad I definitely do not recommend this at all

What an amazing experience this was!
I was lucky to have Dan as my instructor at Wollongong and he explained the process very clearly and answered any questions I had before & during the flight.
There were three of us booked in and Tony was very easy to communicate and deal with.
The three of us were all thrilled with our experience and would recommend Handglideoz to anyone who wanted to try hand gliding.

Don't book here if you want to be let down & disappointed. Cancelled my booking the morning of without any warning. Also very poor customer experience, willing to book you on a day that has a 10% chance of happening just to secure a potential booking after we had travelled hours away for the event (all of which I had mentioned in all my communications prior to the day).

The best experience with Tony and team. They picked me and dropped me off at Stanwell Park station, and ensured that the whole experience was wonderful.

Tony explained everything beautifully during the flight and the entire experience was amazing.

Would definitely recommend!

I absolutely loved the experience!
Extremely nice service, transport from and to the train station included and you get to fly! There really isn't any other method of flying that I've tried which makes you feel like a bird.
Just go and try it, you know you want to!

Just went up today with Tony. Was such an amazing experience. Tony was extremely knowledgeable, professional and extremely down to earth. Communication was clear and easy in regards to the weather and where would be the best place to take off from. His lovely wife picked us up from the end spot and dropped us back to our cars. Would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of giving this a try. You won’t regret it.

Hangliding Oz world class and Tony actually is world class, his wife was great to tell me what was happening whilst dave was flying, a great company and experience is second to none, wouldn't fly with anyone else, we will be back, thanks Tony you've left dave wanting more!

My girlfriend and I are in NSW for a week and I saw this hang gliding company on the map. I missed an opportunity to go last month and was super stoked to see they had it here. I reached out to Tony via text the night before and he got back to me pretty quickly. He was able to work with us on the price a bit for a shorter flight and got us all set pretty informally which was nice given the last minute nature of the request.

Tony is a great guy and straightforward with you. It can be pretty scary running off the side of a cliff with something that looked like it was just a tent in a bag just 20 minutes prior, but he gave us the comfort we needed to take on the challenge.

The flight was AMAZING. This is a beautiful place to hang glide and I am sure Tony even have us extra time on our flight. Tony made our first hang gliding experience a total success and for a great price.

A friend of mine had a bad experience and I called to ask for a booking and get more details and the admin would laugh after making a rude comment. I dont recommend at all.

Such a beautiful & serene experience. Recommend to put it on your bucket-list!

Would've given a negative rating if there was one. If you'd like to be lied to about your booking which was suggested and confirmed by Tony himself, and would like to be treated rude and shown no courtesy being a customer, HangglideOz and Tony are for you. At first, he wouldn't book my desired date and delayed booking every time. After a number of calls and emails, he finally booked his own preferred day and on the day I sent an email at 9am to check with him if everything ok, without any response he called me at 11am and said I had to call him and ask him to check the weather at 7: 30am. Knowing he suggested the date and booked it himself he wanted me to call him at 7: 30am to check for weather. He was being very rude and hung up in the middle of conversations. Getting treated like that, I asked for cancellation and refund then he said he would deduct $10 as bank fee. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone in a million years.

Flying with Tony was incredible.

He communicated with us all day regarding the wind conditions and what we needed to wait for, then when the time was right he setup quickly and efficiently to get us in the air.

Tony is patient, calm, and an experienced instructor. He took time to explain how a hang glider works, and mixed in thrill with calm soaring based on our comfort level. He setup great shots for friends standing on the hill, as well as from his attached camera.

Awesome experience! Tony is very professional and knows his stuff. Video editing was fantastic as well, strongly recommend hanggliding with HangglideOz.

Just tried to enquire to book and was hung up on was just trying to go over times and the weather conditions and they hung up once I said I couldn't do the afternoon as we have a wedding to attend pretty rude
