I don't recommend these guys. Dodgy stuff and overpriced. Worst customer service. They threaten you even if your equipment is in warranty. Safe work will get these guys soon.

Do not use! Doesn't offer delivery as listed on the website. Causes delays and then charges you for holding it.
Absolute scam.

I had a great first experience. Was daunting heading here but as soon as I come in shop. I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Staff helpful and friendly. Highly recommended Handy Imports.

Great company to deal with that provide expert advice, alternative buying options and they have extremely competitive prices. Start browsing at Handy first and you will return after searching elsewhere. My Simco Atosa Model MBC24F 105 liter freezer is amazing and 4 years warranty is available. A very solid unit with high quality stainless steel construction. I also have a large FED fridge purchased a few months ago from Handy Imports and it is another quality product.

Received the phone call from them. If I don’t remove the bad review from the product review website, they won’t refund $100 to me and they will post bad review on my business even though they are not my customer. It’s bullying. He told me he threatened lots of his customers by putting bad review on their business. He is sale manager and he got instruction from his director to bully people in this manner. I don’t want any money refunded from them, i just want people stop buying from them.

Handy Imports has been a pleasure to deal with, Joe and his team always put the customer first and provide both great service and wide range of hospitality products and turnkey solutions.

I purchased a bakers trolley for Flour and Stone from this company and after using it with our baking trays the runners shave off filings from our trays onto the food.
We have several trolleys all of which do not do this yet upon telling the company of our dissatisfaction they are trying to blame our trays and the fact that they cannot take responsibility. I would not recommend the customer service or the product.

We purchased few times from handy imports for our resturant at Burwood. The equipment from them have very good quality. The boss is quite friendly. Thanks for your help and free drink.

This is the worst place I have came across. The attitude of the staff is so appalling, I don't know how they are even in business. They least they need is staff that know how to communicate and respect customers. A one star is even too much to give but unfortunately I can't give less.replying to response: First of all, you claim we climbed over a barrier and trespassed, if you have cameras that shows we did, show me where we did, because this is completely not true. Second, you question my insincerity in being a buyer.if I'm not a real buyer why am i going to drive 45 minutes and waste my time and come here. Give me one good reason as to why I'm going to come here. Lastly, your threatening to take legal action because it's a "damaging comment" shows your attitude and type of person you are as a so called "professional" business owner, that you only care about your business status rather than the customers. This is nothing but an honest review because and i will not fix it. I also have many things the employee said that was disgusting and shouldn't be said to any customer, but i have yet to post them. Keep replying, so i can add them.

The oven, mixer and food rack are cheaper that we imagine. Will really come back for our expansion.
