My afghan and Indian rugs look incredible after their wash - the colours all lifted, like new again. The repair I needed was done with meticulous care. Door to door personal service. Picked up and delivered on time as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Hand Rug Wash & Repairs is a small business that specialises in quality rug cleaning. It is not cheap to wash a large quality rug but well worth it. They were honest and offered good advice.

Israfil always does amazing work on my rug! He has fixed a bad hack job I did on it perfectly and managed to clean a dogs mishap put of it! It looks brand new!

Amazing service. Will differently use this service again if required. Any pet owners that there pets have done number ONES on your rug, this is the place to go. Friendly staff and was a pleasure to deal with.

Raphael did a magnificent job. He's prompt, punctual and reasonably priced. Our revolting and damaged rugs came back looking - and most importantly smelling - like NEW. I travelled far to have my rugs washed and some hemmed. I was not disappointed. The job is spectacular and my rugs look like new. Others have given me long winded stories about restoration whereas the gentleman here did his work professionally and with care and interest. I was also pleased that he knew how my rugs were made and treated the clean and restoration accordingly. If you like minimum fuss and an outstanding result, it is truly worth the trip.

I love my rug, but it was looking very shabby. I called Raphael. It was so easy. He gave me a quote from a photo I sent to him. Then he came round and collected the rug.
