Literally RIPPED these nails off in anger leaving the salon. Wonky, uneven, unprofessional. When I raised concern, I received a childish response and they tried to go back on a price settled for my other services. I had to pay for these disgusting nails to receive the original quoted price. Not to mention so many practices that I would not deem salon quality, and that there is glue everywhere but the gems on my teeth. 2 have fallen off since my appointment less than an hour ago. I feel robbed of $362.

Edit: it has been less than 4 hours and all but the gold tooth gem has come off, and I haven't eaten or had anything to drink, just slept, so they shouldn't have gone anywhere.

The team at hand and body concepts are very professional. They make the the effort so that your appointment enjoyable. Highly recommend this salon for all your beauty and relaxation requirements

I had the migraine massage and it was fantastic. The therapist was excellent and respectful and the massage was the right pressure and very relaxing.

Very expensive. The deluxe pedicure was $75 which was ok but I wasn’t informed that shellac was $15 extra until I went to leave. I booked SNS (or their version) which I was advised on the phone upon booking could be done on my natural nail. When I arrived I realised the only person that knew how to do them had left the shop, which left me with no polish on my nails, just a removal of my old SNS. So the lady I’m assuming was the owner tried to charge me $135 for the luxury pedicure ($75), then $15 for shellac and then $45 for polish removal? ! It was only when I complained that she reduced it to $20. Alison that did my pedicure was lovely and did a great service but I would never return simply due to them trying to rip people off and making up prices and promising services they can’t provide.

The most unprofessional and unorganised establishment I have ever encountered in my life.

I took over 5 hours for a manicure, none of the manicure was completed, then all nails needed to be removed. Then the owner had the audacity to ask for full payment or she was going to call security.

I got my ears pierced today I wanted a piercing today in a specific spot because of my ear shape and personal preference, between the third and second pot closer to the third spot. Kind of guilted me out of it and put a mark muscular closer to my first then I wanted, when period they were winky and are on top of each other I put a earring the size of a pinhead in my r and they are touching now I’m in a lot of pain and they are wonky and I can’t ward dangly ratings or anything bigger then a pin head. They also pierced it to high from the bottom of my ear lobe and I can’t wear hoops unless they are over sized. I fear that as the piercing stretches the two hole are going to join because of how close they are currently in tears DO NOT RECOMEND

I have now had 3 visits to this shop and I find that they are getting better every time, I highly recommended them to all who want to be pampered and made feel really wonderful.

LOVE THIS STORE, I have gotten all my piercings here and go for regular eyelash tinting and staff always make me feel comfortable and are very professional about their job! All the girls are so kind and make your feel very beautiful! I really recommend going here.

Love this salon. Had a back, neck & shoulder massage. Very relaxing and the ladies there are great & super nice. Definitely recommend.

NEVER TO RETURN!
I made an appointment, requesting a certain staff member and attended the appointment, only to be told she was sick. The receptionist then tried to convince me to have an appointment with a trainee, stating if she made an error, I would get a discount. Needless to say, I declined the appointment. I made an appointment for the next week, requesting the same staff member. After several phone calls & cancelled appointments due to unavailability of the lady I requested, I attended reception, asked if the staff member I requested was working - this was confirmed by the receptionist. After waiting 20 minutes, the receptionist apologised for the delay and said the staff member must be running late. Another 5 minutes passed, the receptionist returned to say the staff member had gone home sick and no appointments were available. She then asked if I wished to make another appointment - obviously, I declined. I will never return to this salon and do not recommend in any way. Disgusting customer service, completely unorganised and no regard for clients. GO ELSE WARE!

Easy to get a last minute appointment. The online booking feature is very convenient and easy to use. Staff are so passionate about their profession and answer any questions you have.

We took our 8 year old daughter here today to get her ears pierced. All the ladies working here were absolutely wonderful and made her feel very relaxed and calm. It was such a lovely experience for her and for us as well. If your child is considering getting their ears pierced, I would highly recommend coming here and requesting 2 guns.

Lovely Ladies work here. Extremely friendly! Loved my pedicure! Although only downfall is the girl who did my acrylic nails made them way to thick (The acrylic needed to be spread across the nail evenly rather then putting a big blob on where the nail grew off)
