5A beautiful little gallery curated by the artisans in the collective. With a little workspace in the back section, I really loved being able to witness the process of creating this stunning silver work.
I spent a day with Thomas Frank to make this ring but was going to use a different stone yet it was a bit adventurous to do all in one day. Made a beautiful silver ring with moonstone in the end. Love learning old crafts as you get lost in the moment when concentrating so hard to shape something! This is like meditating for me as your brain really have to stay focussed on your hands and method.
Such a unique and inspiring artist collective. Old world jewellery making is rare these days. Such a wonderful place.
Beautiful little shop, got a beautiful necklace, will be visiting again when we are back down this way
