Rude, unprofessional and absolutely no training essential with these security guards. They do not know how to approach people or treat people with respect. They think they are the police really and think they are untouchable. Give proper training and teach them about autism people with autistic intellectual disorders. Be more respectful and understanding.

Can't even treat people with respect. What are they even trying to protect? Rude cant even spot someone with a disability!

If I could give 0 I would. Security guard badge 141, judged my friend with a speech impediment without even talking to him. When asked for his ID he hid it and was on a power trip and refused to call management who raised his voice several times and spoke down to us - the manager at the precinct eventually let us in showing that the security guards judgement, not ours, was impaired.

I witnessed a halo security guard assault my friend at the Ivy by forcibly taking his ID off him after being told he was too drunk.

I was a member of the public on the public walk way after Ivy had spilled out and was asked to move on. As its not part or private property i Said no and got threatened by a member of halo. Asked for badge number and name he refused and coverd it up.

Taking leagal action for intimidation and threating behavior.

Most of the staff are good. Should not have guys like this working for the company thinking they are above the law.

This is the guy who got in my face and tried to start a fight with me.

Worst security company ever. Unprofessional and full of discrimination “no more boys tonight”, “just letting you know none of the boys will be let in”

Extremely rude and unprofessional
Security guard wasn’t even standing at the door, yet expected us to know he was checking ID’s, so when we walked past him unknowingly he was extremely rude stating “just go in then don’t show me ID”.
Then his mate stood up for him when we complained, and tried to say we were in the wrong when he wasn’t doing his job properly!
I would’ve been happy with an “excuse me, I need to see ID”, but for him to be rude and sarcastic is disgusting. First, do your job properly. Second, learn some manners.

Disgusting staff. Very misogynistic and claimed that I was “too drunk” after not drinking at all. The ‘Halo Security’ need new morals and training.

Your security are absolutely Atrocious on the door and Ground Floor except the African guy at the Identification and scan entry at the Coogee Pavilion. Your staff on the rooftop are a credit to the rest of the staff compared to the rest who drag the reputation of this company to the ground! Speak to people properly and not like animals. One of the worst in the Security industry. I will never come back to Pavilion ever again and I will tell everyone the same. Train your staff and educate them how to deal with the general public in a responsible manner!

It’s funny that your company has so many bad reviews on the type of guards you employee but not only do you not seem to acknowledge the bad feedback when you are emailed directly you fail to respond. I hope prior to any business using your company they take a good look at the reviews as it seems the people you employee have a real issue with having authority perhaps it’s what you think s security company represents but as we have seen in many past cases it never ends well.

One star is too much for these people. My cousin and I we went to the Coogee Bay Hotel on the Australian day to have some drinks.after 15 minutes of waiting in the line simply the security guard said not tonight and it was around 2 PM when we told him it’s 2 o’clock he became very aggressive rude and racist.
The security guard refused entry for us with no reason. They were very rude unprofessional and racist because we were middle eastern. We used to go to that place almost every weekend but never will again.

Rubbish service and will kick you out for false accusations. I asked for his badge number and he denied to display his details, the gaurds started pushing and shoving me Kicking me out of Bella Vista hotel, warning me that he's trying to help me so I don't get hurt. As a security officer I'm well aware of the rules and these gaurds were going above the law.this is un- acceptable.an absolutely rubbish company, but hey what do you expect they are all on cash.

Shocking staff and customer service at the at Coogee Bay Hotel operating as security. Very unprofessional staff evicted a member of our group for been intoxicated (which if they were i find completely fine). Issue was it was the presenter to our conference who was clearly not and had 2 beers at dinner and 1 at the bar (over 4 hours). When a request was made to reconsider or explain why all they could say was because it was his blood shot eye (PS he had been up late writing the presentation). He seemed to have power over the on duty manager who also would not communicate. Called us idiots, any one that asked questions on why got told to leave to. Seemed to be protecting the other security staffs bad decision who just went into hiding. Photo included

I have had the worst experiences with this company through all experiences, I’ve had them as employees for businesses and they have been entirely unprofessional in the way they filter their staff.
I have also had extremely bad instances as a patron. And just now, one of them was an uber driver but still wearing their “halo” uniform has been abusing me. If you’re going to run a business that deals with people, make sure you hire people that are good with people, not abusive, aggressive, and straight up inconsiderate of all situations.
If your going to drive uber, don’t wear your other jobs uniform either.
Take a hold of your business and make a difference.

Rude. Only let you in if you are with a girl and will give sarcastic criticism. Beach road hotel are possible the worst I’ve seen so far. No need for their behavior.
