Hall & Hart Marsden Park Display Homes

Hall & Hart are building in the block of land next to mine. They've damaged my front lawn, blocked my driveway, blocked the garbage bins at pick-up time causing overflow for next week. No respect, no common sense, or just doesn't care enough. The site manager responded the first time i reached out, he blamed in on the sub-contractors and asked me to record them next time otherwise he couldn't do anything about it. (great stuff, isn't that your job?) He has not replied since.

Our build with Hall and Hart began during COVID and all the complications that came with restrictions lockdowns etc, despite this our build was still completed well within the company’s projected time frame. From the day we stepped foot into the display home Hall and Hart couldn’t of been more accommodating we completely changed the floor plans to suit what we were looking for and Daniel hand drew our ideas there and then. Having built a number of times in the last few years with different builders the availability of Hall and Hart to not only answer any questions but to also email weekly with updates on our build was refreshing. From start to finish not once were we surprised by extra costs or delays even with the pandemic in full swing. I could not recommend Hall and Hart enough.
