Went to them in 2016 and the experience was stressful enough to remember 2 yrs later. Would not go back even if they paid me (which they should considering their keratin treatment was a failure and they kept wanting me to come back to 'assess' and 'fix' it) And still they couldn't promise if it would work the second time around. Not sure about the Mt Druitt one but the Hornsby one caused me a lot of stress over my hair and THAT was not worth a single penny. Thankfully Groupon refunded my money but the salon kept the 40$ long hair surcharge for the immense pleasure they had of wasting my time. Horrible, would never recommend.

I will never ever go anywhere else! My hairdresser Shelly did a remarkable job and I couldn't be happier. Shelly is such a vibrant patient professional stylist, she listened to what I wanted and the result was perfect, all at a very affordable rate, you can't find cheaper. So happy with my hair, absolutely recommend to everyone.

I've been there twice to get my hair blonde and each time they have done a perfect job on my hair. This is the best hair salon I've experienced.

Worst hair dresser ever! I went there to get my full head of foils. Now the color doesn't fit to my natural blonde hair color and it looks like grey/green! Also the highlits are only on the top of my head not in the tips. I even got a hair cut and the other side is longer than the other one. I'm so unhappy and disappointed that I have to go to another hair dresser to get that fixed! She has to color my whole head because there's no other option than that!: (
