Chris did my tragus and helix he was so friendly and welcoming really nice guy. And did an exceptional job very happy with my piercings.

My friend and I got piercings and Chris was so lovely and funny, told us what was going to happen step by step and told us stories to keep our minds off the pain. Best piercer I’ve had. 10/10 would recommend going to Chris.

Had the pleasure of being pierced by Demi tonight! What a gem she was! We bonded over cats, astrology and mercury being the microwave! Super friendly and made me laugh! Definitely coming back for more holes in my ears great experience, highly recommend Demi for holes in your ears or face or bits whatever floats your boat kids

Demi is hands down one of the best piercers I've ever encountered. She took her time to get the placement absolutely perfect - even if that ment taking an extra 5 minutes and redoing it a bunch of times. Nothing but professional and committed to making it a great piecing experience. 100% will be back for more from her!

My wife and I came into the store and wanted to enquire about some products and some Hair advice the girls at the front desk stood there chatting at the front desk one with purple hair and one blonde and did not help us at all, a lovely young girl I think she said her name was Tina of Tania when I asked her came from the salon area and helped us find the perfect product product and booked my wife into have her hair done.
She was The nicest one there everyone else was so rude, and seemed they didn’t want to be there

Walked in today at about 2pm & asked if the store had a piercer in, she said yes I’m the piercer what were you after. My partner replied that he wanted his tragus pierced, all of a sudden her attitude changed and it went from happy to fit you in to “oh, I’m sorry we are completely booked out for the rest of the day”. Mind you when we walked in the piercer was sat on the ground counting stock with only 2 customers in the shop having their hair done. Now I normally wouldn’t have an issue with things like this, but as we stood outside with a friend who purchased some piercing jewellery from you we watched as two teenagers walked in asking for piercings & the piercer said “sure what were you after I can’t bring you through now. ”

If you can’t do what was asked, just say so. If you don’t want to look after someone for whatever reason then just say so. But if you’re going to lie, atleast make sure the customers you just lied to have completely left before making us feel like you didn’t want our business.

Amanda just pierced mine and my 7 yr old daughters earlobes and the visit was very positive. She was skilled, experienced and gentle. And was kind when I was more nervous then my daughter lol. I would recommend her based off our experience. The piercing itself was also almost painless after all my nerves. Thanks Amanda, good luck with your new baby!

I've been going to the Penrith branch and found Emily and never looked back. I've never had so much faith in a stylist before to let them have 100% control over my hair and anything she recommends always turns out amazing!

Would recommend to anyone that would love a change and don't want to kill their hair in the process, with great advice on how to care for my colours and do things slowly to get the best result and have it last as long as possible!

I dread having to find a new stylist now I've moved to queensland.

Had 2 piercings done last weekend. Everything was going well. She was precise to ensure I was happy with the positions of where they would go and made sure they were even however right as the piercer was about to do my ears, she mentioned that she was feeling under the weather as she had a big night last night, was hungover and had to pull over on the way to work. I then laid down to then get my daith peirced, she needed tools to assist once the bar was through to get the ball attached and ended up burning my inner ear with the tongs. Happy with the piercings in the end but made these things made the process not so enjoyable. Won’t be returning to this store

Scheduled an appointment to get a piercing at 10am.
Got notified to confirm and confirmed where I arrived on time just to be told that the piercer doesn't come in until 12pm.
Interesting how this didn't come up when I booked in the first place.
Also surprising that I did not receive a phone call to notify me that the piercer wouldn't be in until 12pm.
The lack of coordination from the staff has led me to take my business elsewhere.

Fantastic customer service, reasonably priced and fantastic hygeine practices, I went to get a peircing and the lady was supportive calm and very professional. Overall great experience, definitely recommend!

Always good hairdeessers! They always make my hair look fantastic! Good hair products and they have some piercing supplies and peircings!

I had my hair already lightened to a level 7-8 (medium blonde) but it was very brassy and orange as there was no toner in it. I asked for my hair to be all lightened to an image that was a level 9 (light blonde) and toned to an ash blonde. I told them i wanted my roots lightened as well. I showed them the image i wanted multiple times but the hair dresser did a half head of foils where sections where lightened and other sections were not touched at all, and she only lightened some of my roots so i ended up paying $350 for level 9 hair with heaps of zebra stripes of level 7 orange streaks throughout my hair and most of roots left behind as 4 weeks worth of level 2 (really dark brown) hair growth. She told me when i came back 8 weeks later she will be able to fix the orange zebra stripes she left in it, but when i came back, she said she won’t lighten the orange parts she left behind and wanted to charge me a further $250 to foil some of my roots while leaving the rest of my roots dark at 12 weeks worth of regrowth plus a treatment and toner which will only tone the level 9 hair but can’t tone the level 7 orange streaks so i will be still left with grown out roots and orange stripes through my hair for a further $250. When i came back the second time, i also asked if i can have my roots lightened to the same level as the rest of my hair (to the level 9 ash blonde) instead of the really dark brown she left it at and she said no because there will be banding.i have seen many people with roots also lightened without banding so that comes of as the hair dresser being unskilled to lighten roots without having orange banding left behind. Would not recommend getting your hair done at hairhouse warehouse at all, they’re overpriced for the skill level they have. Do your research and find hair dressers that can show you portfolios of their work and will actually listen to what you asked for instead of just doing a generic half head of foils where only half the hair is lightened properly and leave undone roots for every person who walks in.
