Hairhouse Warehouse Figtree

I enjoyed the hairstyle I had there and would recommend this place. The only area for improvement would be the friendliness of the environment; the staff could be more attentive in that regard.

After a bad experience at another salon getting my hair done l booked at hairhouse warehouse figtree. The staff were so happy and bubbly. It was an great experience after a long work week to relax and get my hair done in a peaceful atmosphere. My hair turned out amazing l will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you

I visited the centre in the early hours with my toddler who was starting to get a little restless I showed up to the salon 30 min before opening time & greeted Tom, I was there to purchase a hair product & Tom was super helpful, friendly and nothing was an issue even though it wasn’t yet opening time.

If i could put 0 stars i would, ive been here before for my hair done and was great but once the lady with blonde hair cut my hair WAY to short and its all choppy and disgusting.felt like it was on purpose.dont recommend it at all.

Terrible haircut, very uneven - the back of my hair ended up shorter than the sides when a straight cut was requested. Also random bits of longer hair all throughout, would have done a better job cutting it myself

These amazing ladies saved my wedding day! My hairdresser cancelled appointment the day before my wedding and they found a spot for me on Saturday morning. It was a miracle! They did an awesome job for great price. Lovely service! Thank you so much again ladies you are legends!

Went in for a quote on hair services but wasn't greeted properly and was treated rudely in front of my kids by the senior staff member. Store was dead quiet with two staff members standing at the counter while another salon within 50 meters of this store had a line up and three hairdressers working on clients. Ended up just leaving without the quote

Sad to say my experience was not a pleasant one. Took my 4 year old for a haircut and paid $25. Wanted a little more off the back and had to pay another $15 despite it only being 10 minuites later. $40 for a 4 year old! Not only was it rediculouly expensive but I got alot of attitude and she even said to my daughter your not going to have any hair left and proceeded to take off 4 inches to the nape of her neck and gave her a 40 year old concaved bob. Not the little bit I had asked for. There was no thought put into it or care. No questions. It seemed deliberate. You want some more off the back? I'll take more off the back! I will never go to a franchise hairdressers again.

My Wife went to have her hair done she wanted to have some foils and was told they had to start over as they could not match the color used at last hairdresser. After nearly 4hours my wife was charged $300 to have an orange and brown head of straw worst hair ever. Seriously these girls have no clue.
