Best hair salon of my life! I got 1/4 highlights done by Anna-Maria, and it turned out stunning, she styled it beautifully too, I can not recommend her enough! She was so so friendly and the whole experience was just amazing. The price is also totally worth it and affordable. Love it!

Had my hair styled for an event, I advised the stylist of what I wanted. She proceeded curling my hair and started speaking of a bit of volume which was I okay with. However she began pinning half of my hair back and curling it, I had asked for it to all be curled and out. She did not listen to what I wanted and decided to do what she liked. I was trying to trust to process maybe thinking this may be her technique for curling with volume. As she was finishing, I told her I wanted it all out and not pinned back. She then started to fix it, I could see on mirror on the side it was not curled properly. I had another appointment to attend and paid for the styling. When I got home I was upset as it was half curled on the ends, I tried fixing it myself however ended up straightening it as it looked terrible. I have visited a few Hairhouse salons before for styling but will never attend Chatswood again.

I just got my rook done by the apprentice, piercer, she did the most amazing job! Yes it was supervised by the head piercer but she did everything and it was such a comforting environment! I love my new piercing!

Post-nose piercing, I had a new stud put in. It was a lot tighter than the first one and caused lots of pain, inflammation and irritation that did not fade. The piece itself was a lot shorter and was tight against the skin on both sides of the nose (which the piercer never told me about.) When I went back to tell the piercer (waited over an hour when I was told it would only be 20 minutes) how uncomfortable the jewellery was (despite a high price for the jewellery) she said she couldn’t do anything about it. She told me to buy a new piece, declining discount, return or exchange. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and offered no remedy whatsoever. Find somewhere else.

Got my septum pierced recently and the staff were super lovely and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

So bad i have absolutely nothing to say.my hair is fucked beyond belief thanks Chatswood team i also called about it and the woman was nothing but dismissive my hair is falling out in chunks and breaking.

Insane prices, charged me $180 total for 2 lobe piercings. I didn’t get the spray either, just the piercings.

Kami has done several of my ear piercings and I’m always so happy with the results every time. Super professional, amazing customer service and talks you through the whole process. Highly recommend Kami, will always come back to her for any future piercings!

The absolute best experience! I recently had to change hairdressers, my sister has been doing my hair for close to 10 years and has changed her career path. I went to a hairdresser who made me walk out of the salon with a shocking experience. I booked with Samuel at Chatswood and hands down have never been so happy to find someone who can give me the experience and results my sister has for 10 years.
