Jess was such a wonderful hairdresser. She took the time to really understand what I was wanting, what I didn't want, searching for photos, providing advice, not rushing anything and checking every single detail along the way to make sure I was 100% happy. The final result is so beautiful, such an amazing job and she worked to my budget. Thanks Jess, you're the best!

I had my hair done by Jess & she was amazing. Done exactly what I wanted and am in love with my hair. Highly recommend her. Also gave me amazing advice on what I should do with my hair was so helpful and a great hairdresser:)

Got served by the lovely girl with Purple streaks in her hair, i think her name was Ally. Excellent service, well mannered and very open and honest on products that will help me maintain my handsome extravagant hair! Definitely recommend & will be back for sure

Walked in to get an ear piercing last Saturday. Ella was really chill yet professional. Very informative about what needs to be done and answered all my questions. Very clean, quick and comfortable process.
Will go again if I decide to get another piercing.

I go often to this store for product and information. Ally helped me today, she is a lovely girl, very bubbly and was more than happy to
chat and make sure I had everything I needed. I would recommend the store as nothing was too difficult for her. Ally has a genuine interest in her customers.

The woman Perry took 50 mins to cut my hair (a trim with a few layers). No wash and a very short blow dry. Took forever. Even her co workers were asking when she was going to be finished. She also didn’t cut as much off as much I wanted (I wanted 2 inches off) and she only cut 1 inch off. I told her that’s not enough off so she cut a bit more but it still wasn’t enough but since she was taking so long I just said yeah all good just to get out of there. I just got an inexperience vibe from her at the start when she kept asking so many unnecessary questions about my hair. Cost $68 which was expensive. Last year cost $45-50.

Anyway, I’m not sure if she’s a junior hairdressers or what but it would’ve been nice to know that it would’ve been a hour long haircut instead of 20 mins max. As I’ve been there many times before and also had a great experience and it didn’t take nearly as long as this.

Also, the salon makes you pay a $3 hair service fee to recycle the hair. Just a FYI.

Had my haircut fixed by a really lovely hairdresser named Peri. I had a straight cut done to my hair by another salon and when it grew a but I realised it was really choppy and uneven. Peri fixed it up and gave me a fringe trim as well. They were super friendly and helpful and I’m so happy my hair is fixed!

My sister got her hair done and they completely screwed her hair up. She asked for simple trim and layers and they gave her zig zag bangs and wonky lengths. Her hair is ruined and she’s embarrassed to leave the house. (a woman named perry with pink and blue hair did it, she was kind but DOES NOT Know how to do hair). Also she was unprofessional she kept on asking if it was even and was unsure of what she was doing. In short no hate to perry she is a kind person but she must get fired as she works at a hairdresser and has no idea how do do hair.

Ally B is one of the most helpful persons I have ever come across! It is worth the trip over to Bondi to get such knowledgeable advice on hair! Truth be told, a trip to Miranda is closer! I am happy to keep going to Hairhouse at Bondi for premium service by the lovely Ally B!

I've had bleach and tone done by peri and it was so lovely! I've had some issues with previous colour in my hair and a lot of regrowth but fortunately Peri made the professional decision tone and dye my hair a slight 'Periwinkle' shine. It looked gorgeous! Would definitely return for their services x

Can’t say enough beautiful things about Ella and Ally who helped my daughter through her first piercing! Was a great experience for my daughter and truly believe it was because these girls were so patient with her!

I got my haircut yesterday by a really lovely lady (I'm 90% sure her name was Perry) She gave me excellent advice on what would suit my face shape and gave me a short bob. I love my new haircut and will definitely be back!

Got a hair cut 3 weeks ago. Was very excited to do something new with my hair and walk out of the place with a fresh cut and curly blow dry.

Instead I left with a butchers layers and straight hair. I said BEFORE I started my wash cut and blow dry that I wanted a curly blow dry there was no hesitations. When I had to EXPLAIN to a hairdresser what a curly blow dry through pictures - she said she couldn’t do it. The layers she put in are completely different lengths, do not fade or blend in with the rest of my hair. When I said I would have appreciated she telling me she couldn’t do a curly blow dry before we started she did not respond.

I was clearly annoyed about the terrible service I got and then went up to the counter and paid full price. More fool me!

Ask about experience before you think about getting anything in this shop! Or just don’t go!

Ella is the best sales person I have ever met. She is so friendly, energetic, well behaving and beautiful. She gave me the best Hairhouse tour and experience. I would highly recommend to go and see her every time you go in that shop.

Worst haircut I’ve ever had, so sad. I didn’t realise till I got home as I can’t see the back when they showed it to me but all my housemates said it looks so uneven and the layering is so short I can’t tie my hair up which is what I asked for. Really disappointed as I paid $90.

I purchased an electrical product from this store, a ghi hair straightener.
As I had received the exact same one elsewhere, I went to return it in an unused and unopened condition, I was advised that I could not due to their refund policy, which says you can’t change your mind.
I advised them this was not a change of mind, however the store and their customer support were not reasonable and refused to return and refund the item.
Very bad customer service, no reasonable interpretation of their policy.
I will not shop here again.

Lovely staff super helpful! I go there for all my piercings and hair needs id never go anywhere else! Ella is beautiful!

I got pierced by Ella and she was amazing! I recommend everyone to go her if you want to have some piercing done in Bondi!
Also other girl named Ally helped me with choosing a hair product, she was lovely. Thank you girls for making my visit good at your store!
