Georgia the piercer and Sophie the hairdresser was the only thing that made this place good.
Lizzie is great too but i won’t be returning since Georgia and Sophie have left.

Got my both my ears pierced. I chose diamond stud they were not the same size. The process to get the ears pierced is long and a lot of writing. They also told me it would be a while to get them done.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to the legend Nathan for doing my piercing, absolutely professional and efficient, great person all round and is a Scotsman to boot, thank you again Nathan!

Got my seconds pierced there and had to go back as they were uneven and not symmetrical to each other, went back to get them pierced and still was a bit off

I had heard a mix of reviews on the piercings here at Hairhouse Miranda. However, I thought to give it a go. Big mistake. The woman who had pierced my navel not only was rough, but put too much skin and had put the smallest jewellery which didn’t allow for swelling (despite requesting to have a different style). She made digs at my weight, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She explained she has years of experience, but it didn’t seem like it… Her attitude too, was appalling. I got a second opinion from another Hairhouse, and they actually apologised for the stress & mess up that the Miranda store had caused. As a business who apparently stands for great customer service, my experience was foul.
And to make matters worse, a friend too had gotten her navel pierced and experienced the same thing.
As a business and a team, do better.

Hairhouse Miranda is a great example of how large chain beauty companies go wrong, I have had a few issues here mostly relating to staff and charges & you can see some of these issues are not isolated by looking at the other low ratings.
Staff are rude, especially if you are not knowledgeable (there are no stupid questions.oh but here there are and they will tell you) - They also seem give incorrect information, unsure if this is incompetence or pernicious in its nature. Details also seem to be left out, especially regarding costs, until after the service has been completed.
Spare yourself the trouble and don't go here.

My mum (her name is Kelsey) brought home a new piercing and now my maternal bond with her is gone. I dont know if I will ever recover.

Earlier in the day I had a hack job done by a stylist at W Hair bar (see other reviews). I had gone to Hairhouse Warehouse afterwards hoping that I could find something to distract from the mess they had made. Instead I was greeted with very welcoming smiles and friendly staff who honestly made my day. I was feeling very low and it was visibly clear.

When I told Samantha that I wanted something to distract from my 'ugly haircut' she sat me down and told she could fix it which she did and she did it well. The whole time we were there we were smiling and cracking jokes. I've always gone to Hairhouse Warehouse and this experience just confirmed why I feel comforted there. Not only does this salon provide good service but they respected and took care not to bump my fresh piercings which was severely lacked at the other salon.

I am very happy with the outcome of my fixed hair thank you all for caring.:)

At best the staff here are incompetent at worst they are scam artists. I was given the wrong nose jewlery and left the store thinking that the trained professional who knew what I had asked for and confirmed with me what I wanted would give that to me.

After realising I had mistakenly been given the wrong piercing and not even using it, I returned to the store with receipts but was informed of a "policy" that doesn't allow them to exchange or replace once piercings after leaving the store.

The best salon I have ever been too and I will never go anywhere else. I went in their crying after another salon completely ruined my hair and Liz, Jordan and Sam were so amazing and comforted me and made me feel so supported. They talked me through a number of options and I couldn't be happier with the results. The were honest, understanding and really empathised with me and made me feel a lot better. I am so thankful to these beautiful ladies because they really saved my hair and made me feel so much more confident. I was very embarrassed after being so emotional but they did not judge me at all and i really felt like I was in good hands. If i could give them 100000/10 I would. I will forever tell everyone how amazing your store is:)

Vicky pierced my septum today and she was a delight! Had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I would absolutely return?

I wasted my time and money going to this place and trusting the "hair stylist" i used a purple shampoo and my hair went abit bluish and i had some orangey tone to the roots that i needed fixing, the lady their (short soft curly hair with blone highlights) assured me she would fix it and I was quiet clear about how i didnt want any orange tones or blue tones in my hair. She said she knew exactly what i wanted and there will be no orange or blue in my hair and that she will fix it! I trusted her.she highlighted some of my hair and put a toner only to leave my hair with more orange. Im so disappointed as you seriously dont highlight hair that has orange tones to it only to leave with more visible orange tones! So whats the point of highlighting in the first place? Anyway they were nice but nice shouldnt cost me $203! The only thing i feel i paid fairly for is the hair treatment and on top of ruining my hair colour she didnt even complete a basic function of blow drying it correctly, she left my hair damp from the inside which left my hair curly. Honestly biggest mistake that i trusted her, now my colour looks cheap! Never ever going there again for hair services.
So disappointing waste of time waste of money!

Not one to post a 1 star review but I went in to ask about hair rollers, when I asked if you could sleep in them the direct quote was “why would want to sleep in them? That is such a dumb question” I felt pretty embarrassed because I am new to all this and left straight away

I came here yesterday to get my belly button pierced. I was told that I couldn't have my parent in the room as i am 16.but the lady noticed how nervous i was and was kind enough to let my dad come in.she went through how the piercing would work and opened up the clamp, needle and jewl brand new with gloves on.she was very kind and caring and offered me water.the piercing looks amazing and i am very happy i decided to come here.

Needed assistance to take my earings out (purchased cheap Kmart stud earrings pre lockdown and the backing had fused onto the earing stud) I think her name was Georgia was super helpful and very efficient with assisting me!

I have been coming here for years now. Extremely talented staff always going over and beyond. Highly recommended, never been disappointed.

I have seen three of the piercers at Miranda and they have all been excellent. Special thanks to the lovely piercer who helped me when I couldn't get my tricky piercing back in last week!

Had 4 piercings recently done. I felt super comfortable with the piercer, she was really nice, encouraging and honestly felt super safe in her hands. I had my daith, tragus, septum and nose pierced. It was a great experience and will definitely come back for more!
