I got my hair done today and I’m absolutely horrified my hair was falling out and chunks I asked for something so simple just lighter hair. I spent $500 on nothing. She cut it way short and she didn’t do a patch test with my hair so the bleach reacted horribly after 30. I will be expecting a refund and will be calling and coming in on Thursday to speak to a manager

Hairhouse warehouse Merrylands is disgusting. Went in for work experience and was treated so poorly. Wasn’t shown nothing and wasn’t taught nothing. The manager “Shay” is rude and all she does is sit on her phone at the front of the store.i got no approach from nobody.don’t go there ever.

Hairhouse warehouse Merrylands is the worst place ever. They are rude and don’t approach nobody. Shayy the store manager just sits on her phone and doesn’t greet anyone, place not inviting at all.

The two girls working today absolutely saved my hair from a bleach disaster from another location. They definitely know how to work with blonde hair & made me feel pretty again. Also fantastic customer service.

I cut my hair there once and It was soo bad I can’t believe how I left that place with a botched hair cut I asked for layers and came out with an uneven cut. And don’t get me started with their customer service absolutely atrocious the worst people I’ve come across soo rude and arrogant would never step foot into that horrible place AGAIN! Do not recommend at all.

This place was an utter mess.
Staff members weren’t interested in helping, busy sitting on there phones and laugh at customers. Also products are over priced and a little sus like there not the actual thing. All and all I won’t ever go back not even for my pet dog

Most disgusting place to walk into to not professional at all most horrible customer service and the manager “shay” is not professional at all she is rude and very lazy. I do not recommend anyone waisting their time in this store. The staff sit at the front desk gossiping the whole time and do not even approach any customers. HHW Merrylands you guys need to pull up you game and do better

An hour and a half for a simple wash and blow dry with some bounce and then get home after 5 minutes for it to be flat with only small waves. Won’t be seeing me there anymore.

I had really super dry hair and Aisha had really done an amazing job with it and recovered it and made it feel really silky, also taught me how to treat my hair and look after it! I will definiteky be coming back! The customer service was amazing and they were all so friendly and nice!

Just had my first appointment here and loved every bit of my experience with Jess and the girls. The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, will definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much Jess.

The worst customer service. Overpriced products and the most unhelpful and rude customer service. Did not accept to refund a product that was faulty and damaged. Please don’t waste your time and money buying anything from this shop. Trust me!

I always have the best experience here, and have never been disappointed! The staff are so beautiful and always making sure I’m happy with the result and explain everything beforehand to the clients.

It was my first time at this place, was very happy with the staff and their services. Special mention to Kirsty who was patient and attentive in listening to my specifications on how I want my haircut done and delivered beyond expectations. I left happy and smiling from the place. There is a piercer there, I got her name today which is Katia, she does the best piercings I’ve ever had. No infections, no swelling / bruising or falling out. I highly recommend this lady, as she’s exceptional at what she does and so so friendly, stops any anxiety you may have when you are about to get a piercing done as we all know.

Great service there always dedicated to there work! One of the best Hair Dressing store I've ever been to.

The piercer there is so unwelcoming and judgemental. I paid $150 for 2 piercings and a whole lot of blood. I don’t understand what the point of being so rude is. Have some respect and treat your clients like humans. Never returning there again.
