Wanted to leave a comment on a girl named Daniela. Her service was phenomenal and she was extremely helpful to me in making my decision on my hair products in which I know nothing about. Will definitely return here for her expertise and advice.

I came in on Monday for an inquire about what to do with dry and damaged hair from consistent bleaching, and Daniela helped me out so much with information and various recommendations! I can 100% say I will come back in again because of the amazing advice and service! Thanks Daniela!

I was going to hairhouse warehouse today, looking for something to recover my oily hair as my hair gets oily easily. Daniela was helpful, introducing me to new products that have great effectiveness. Her customer service was excellent. Also, taliya was a great help, she explained new products and how to manage my hair properly.

Ashleigh and the other girls were very friendly and gave great recommendations on which products to use for my hair, definitely recommend

My Daughter had a re style today. The staff were very friendly.
Jasmine, who cut her hair, was really good, very friendly, regularly checking with her to see if she was happy with how it was going. Gave great tips and advice on how she can style her hair at home.
Very happy with the price.
We willl definitely be return customers.

Should get rid of the girl piercer at stockland wetherillpark hair house warehouse! By the looks of previous reviews it seems other costumers make similar complains about this one, Very unprofessional piercer, what piercer makes her client grab her own septum clamps while getting septum needle going through it, not to mention this girl was very rude, she is the piercer to grab the clamps, is very obvious that some clients would not have steardy hands let alone holding their own clamps while getting pierced, should hire new staff.

Always come back here as i'm greeted by friendly staff, love the vibe of the shop and always get treated with complete amazing service. Hair products i get from there always puts my hair in good results and my hair has never felt better after coming here. Keep up the good work!

This store needs to CLOSE DOWN immediately! All the staff are NOT qualified and Jasmine the manager doesn't have enough work experience to cut and style hair and to run a salon in the first place! This place is a SCAM! Don't risk asking them about what hair products to use or trust them to style and cut your hair because they'll only do a dodgy job and then make you spend $$$ on their useless products to get rid of stock and supposedly cover their mistakes! When I approached another Hairhouse Warehouse franchise they were shocked how Jasmine cut my hair. They told me that the products she made me buy were not suitable for my hair condition and for other purposes they also advised me that I had to wait for my hair to grow out for them to be able to restyle it the way I wanted. When I called the head office of Hairhouse Warehouse and explained everything that happened, they told me that they had in fact received a number of other complaints about Wetherill Park before mine! OUTRAGEOUS!

Love going here. Jaz always does an incredible job on my hair, she's always so lovely and does such a fabulous job.
The other staff are really nice too, always giving compliments and making it such a comfortable environment to be in.
Would definately recommend going here:)

I would never get my piercings at an unprofessional places i rather go to a professional body piercings with decent prices

I am a regular client at Hairhouse Wetherill park and I just want to praise all the girls there. They are very professional and very respectful to all the clients. Highly recommend. Shout out to Steph, Leah and Grace and Jaz. Best hairdressers ever

I had my hair done with Charbel he was amazing I went back this week to organise an appointment but they advised me that he had been moved to another hairhouse warehouse (Parramatta) I am so sad he is no longer at Wetherill Park he did such a great job with my hair even a hairdresser from a different salon in the same shopping centre complimented my hair and said it looked incredible. Bring him back!

I had a horrible experience with one of the workers, she refused to except my ID even though it was valid. My mum offered to give written consent and she refused to do the paper work. Then she went on to say it didn’t matter if the ID was expired. Her name was Laura. My mum then proceeded to ring another hairhouse warehouse (Liverpool store)
and the said she could have accepted the ID I provided with my date of birth and photo confirming I’m 18, then she abruptly said “if they accept the ID there then go there I’m not doing the piercing for you”. Overall disgusting customer service and I do not recommend. Get better staff and train them to speak in professional manner.

What an awful store with rude staff. Refused to give a refund when the dodgy cloud nine straight stopped working. They deemed it a minor fault and insisted on replacing it when I had already purchased another one. First they try and fob you off to the manufacturer and insist they can’t do anything. When they realise Accc fines companies that mislead consumers (1.1 million dollar fine) about dealing with the suppliers vs the seller they changed that part of their policy but still insist a replacement is ok. Hair house wetherill park.you guys suck. And im just about to file a complaint with fair trading
