Got my child's ears pierced here. Friendly service, staff were professional and emotionally supportive of my child who was anxious (and excited) the piercing was fast, and in the 2 weeks since, there has been no infection or pain for my child. Fantastic place and would recommend getting piercings done there.

Absolutely horrible customer service on the phone today I rang today to inquire about my ghd that broke before the 3 year warranty and wanted to know the process of what had to be done for a replacement manger pretty much shrugged me off and told me he had to go cause he had a customer like I’m not a customer either won’t be purchasing anything from here again.

Last week I got my nose pierced by the lovely Wybie. Wybie was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions assuring me through the whole experience. Thank you Wybie, I’ll be back again.

I was so incredibly overwhelmed with the warmth and kindness today from the team at Hairhouse Tuggs, Jynx took my call and welcomed me so beautifully, my hairdresser Megan was so lovely and funny. She did the most incredible job on my hair and offering a coffee while you wait for the dye to develop was such a nice touch! Alison the manager should be so proud of her team! They are wonderful.

Good range of products and for the most part the staff are lovely!
However the older lady with the red hair was quiet patronising towards the young girl. I think she should be more considerate with how she asks staff to do things because it sounded pretty degrading from what I heard.

Hats off to the young girl though, who was able to serve me with nothing but a smile and able to help me find exactly what I needed! She will go far with such a bounce back attitude.

Just had my forward helix pierced with Bree and I'm super happy! She was really helpful and friendly I would return to her again thanks Bree!

Also had piercings done with Zac in the past and would recommend him too

And you wonder why people buy online instead of in store. Moroccan infusion oil $69. $41 on line. I won’t be caught out again

For me it wasn’t pleasant as I have five daughters who bankrupted me in here. They have everything and the girls insist it’s the best quality and price so five stars. Staff were friendly to me even though I’d rather not be there but they made me comfortable which was nice. Look it’s a must visit store even just to get the brands let alone the price. I complain about the total but my girls were happy as was my wife. Good stuff.
