Amazing place! Every time I get my hair done service has been a 15/10.would recommend to get hair extensions to everyone I know and the workers are always a pleasure to speak to!

Spoke to a piercer about wanting to stretch my ear piercings a couple of millimeters. I was told by the piercer that this was now illegal and she couldn’t do it. I have since got it done by my usual piercer who laughed when I told him the story. If you’re not comfortable or skilled enough to do it just be honest rather than lie and tell me it’s illegal to do.

After moving to Rouse Hill and searching for so long for a good hairdressers I've finally found my place. The service that i received today from Nat and Gabrielle was way beyond anything that I was expecting. Nat you're one hell of an amazing hairdresser and saying thank you just doesn't seem enough. The colour and cut that you done has never made me feel more nicer then I do today. You two beautiful girls are just amazing. So thank you from the bottom of my heart. And thanks for the absolute laughs and for making my 1st and certainly not last experience there the absolute best

It’s my formal tonight and I went to a hairdresser in the Rouse Hill Centre, which botch my hair for formal was really upset. I then walked to hair warehouse and spoke to Jane, who seriously gave me the best customer service, Saved my formal hair, I couldn’t thank her enough, she saved my day. Such a wonderful asset to hair warehouse. From this experience she is now my new hairdresser. Thank you Jane.

Had a great experience at this branch two weeks ago. The girls who served me were lovely but had an awkward experience with the team leader about my hair length. I had gotten tape-in hair extensions placed into my hair and asked to have it cut a bit shorter as it was way to long for my taste, had my request blown off and told to come back in a weeks as she thought the longer the length the better and that I’d I want to get the hair shortened. Very dissatisfying and embarrassing to have my feedback dismissed that way. My hair is a big part of my identity and with this new length I’m struggling to maintain it and having to see another stylist for help. I would give this place more stars but that ruined my experience with HW. Not coming back anytime soon ladies if you don’t listen to customer requests. You would think if you spend more than $1300 to get your hair done that your opinion would be heard.

I had some piercings done this morning. All staff were happy, knowledgeable and made the process really easy. I’m very impressed and will be back soon!

The hair color was left all over my forehead and ears. I had to clean it myself at home. There’s only one experienced staff member who noticed colour application leaving marks on my skin but didn’t bother to wipe it or instruct the apprentice to remove it.

Great customer service, excellent knowledge on products with expert advice for self care and maintenance, go out of their way to provide the best service, clean and tidy workplace, store is easy to find what your looking for: I went in for a eye brow piercing and Gabrielle was the best piercer that ive come across. Her excellent customer service that she provides would not make you nervous or anxious. Great staff, the manager is knowledgeable and the salon team are great too always will come in for my hair and piercing and products

Booked in for a Express Style about 2 months before a special event. Called to confirm with the salon a few days before hand and was told that they couldn't go ahead with the booking as they didn't have enough staff and couldn't "borrow someone from another store". I queried why i wasn't contacted earlier to be told that they only look at the appointments the day before meaning they would have contacted me less than 24 hours beforehand to cancel. Why have appointments available online when you do not have the staff to cover them? Reduce the amount of available appointments so that customers are not left disappointed a day before an event - at the very least you should actively be contacting customers well in advance if you are unable to go ahead with an appointment. I have used the Express Style service with other Hairhouse warehouses and have never had an issue or any concerns. Very disappointing service.

Was pierced by Gabrielle twice now and honestly never going anywhere else! She was so lovely and knew her stuff. Made me feel comfortable and was so gentle! 10/10 would recommend!

All the ladies down there are super friendly, I've been getting my hair done by Sabrina and she does a great job at it, my sisters have also gotten there piercings done there by Gabrielle and she did a great job with making them feel calm and getting it done

Can not explain how happy I was walking out today the staff members went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and made sure they went through all the steps of the service I was receiving definitely will be returning back very soon Thankyou girls ️

Sabrina and Gabrielle are amazing! So in love with how Sabrina done my hair! I was treated so well, I was given refreshments and a great conversation. I almost fell asleep whilst getting my hair done, very impressed!:)

The service is amazing! The ladies there are so lovely, especially the wonderful lady thag washed and trimmed my hair. She was incredibly gentle, and did my hair so well! They reall put their passion into their job, as i came out of my session looking better tham i did when i went in. They have a wide variety of hair dyes and toners, as well as hair care and items such hair dryers and straighteners. Total colour experts, they are amazing in helping you find the right coloir for youe hair when you want a dye job. Stellar service!

Gabrielle is amazing at her work, she has been very professional and briefed me about the process very well.

I have had multiple piercings done at Hairhouse warehouse. Rouse Hill by Gabrielle and Sabrina.
These ladies are very informative and have a great eye for detail.
The piercing was done with very minimal pain and in a very hygienic setting of a private room.
Would definitely go back to these ladies again for more piercings.

Highly recommend Gabby for any hair or piercing needs. Super friendly and professional service!
