Great advice on a hairdryer and on products to help with my hair dried and coloured couldn’t fault or recommend a better hairdresser

I wish I grabbed her name, but I was served Saturday 23/12 by such a gorgeous brunette lady. Firstly I was impressed how friendly she was being 2 days before Christmas but she was super knowledgeable and helpful; she even wrote out a step by step list on a hair care regime and labelled the bottles in texta so there would be no confusion on my behalf.
Seriously impressive service!

I had a exiting experience with HAIRHOUSE Mt Druitt 2770 yesterday.
My stylist Johnathan deserves to be the Hairdresser of the Year as far as I am concerned. The staff are so helpful and friendly I felt welcomed listened to as well as educational.

Great team. The girls accommodated my mum last minute to do a full colour and blow dry. She's stoked her hair's been fixed from another salons botched job in time for my wedding. Thank you!

The ear piercer Vanessa was absolutely amazing! She went through the process before actually doing it to tell me how it was going to go. Really good interactions with customers me and my friend loved her work!

Okay so 10-11 months in on having my hair dyed at hairhouse warehouse and previously when my hair was just done I had made this review giving 5 stars righting a positive review, however I change my mind.within 2-3 months of my hair being bleached & dyed i have experienced ALOT of breakage in my hair, I understand that my hair wasn’t the healthiest however this was the first time my hair would’ve been bleached or dyed and when I had asked my hairdresser if I would have any breakage she said no. Hair being bleached is also not the issue, as I know a lot of people who have gone to other hairdressing places with reoccurring bleached sessions, and have not experienced breakage. I had also written something about pricing and how the high prices are reasonable for a good job. This is also wrong. I have seen other places good work without any issues later on who charge no more than $150, however my hair cost me $500. At the time I thought that was reasonable, until I saw places doing the same if not better job for way less. Yes I left the place very happy with my result, however long term it wasn’t a good choice.

So Friendly and they listen to what you won't help you to achieve the outcomes you won't they are great with hair and piercings as well had few of them their and one omg changed my life I don't get migraines any more that was so one best things they have done for me thank you all

I’ve been going to hairhouse warehouse for the longest time getting a wash cut blow dry for $80-90. However, my first time at Mount Druitt store I got quoted $160? And when I asked why is it $160 although online says ‘starts from $85’, they said it’s cause my hair is long? I’m sorry but how does having long hair double the price? Overall, my hair stylist was the sweetest but this store just seems so scammy and more focused on trying to squeeze money out of you.

Amazing customer service, very helpful towards their customers like me who need a little help with what to do with their hair because they are time poor.

I Had a Huge chaotic Problem, I'm a single Dad and my Daughter had gotten glue in her Hair at school. I didn't notice the glue in her hair after school, We went to the beach after school and now the sand mixed with the glue. She was so tired that evening she went to bed. Over night the small glue spread through her hair as she tossed and turned and somehow the sand and glue turned into a matted clump that was rock hard.
My sister couldn't get the matted rock hard tangle out and the glue was there to stay.
The Girls At Hairhouse were Amazing, Patient and worked on my daughters hair for 3 hours to get the glue out and untangled her hair when we started thinking we might have to cut it.
I really can't thank them enough, Real Professionals.
You often don't here of hairdressers saving the day, If you're a single mum or dad and need help theses girls will look after you and your child, Literally Hero's.

I had the pleasure of booking a girl named claudia. I had asked for a full head of foils for highlights and she did a PERFECT job, i left the salon with the biggest smile omg, not only was she amazing at styling my hair but she’s the mostttt beautiful person ever she was talking to me throughout the whole time and giving me tips & tricks for my hair to stay healthy & honestly talking to her made me feel like i was talking to a bestfriend hahah, she talked me through the whole process and how everything was gonna go since i was nervous about my first time of hair being coloured, even though they’re expensive it’s SO worth it, everyone who complains about the price clearly doesn’t know what professional is, claudia if you see this you’re my fav person ever & you deserve a raiiiseee

Be careful! When going to have your hair treatment to this salon. I had the worst salon experience in my life. Firstly, when they are giving me quotation they keep changing the amount for the services. Excuses were they forgot to include the root bleach to the first quotation from $485 to $560. And it’s very uncomfortable they’re whispering to each other, they sound very dodgy. But since I was there and already seated I continue to have my treatment done. When Step the hairdresser applied the bleach she left me for about 20 mins unattended without checking if I feel something wrong with the bleach. I think it’s not safe because I feel it’s burning. I cannot stand the pain and trust my feelings. I asked the male hairdresser there to wash my hair. No one let me know I just found out today when I wash my hair that they burnt my scalp. I even feel the skin peeled. And they didn’t do all treatment I was suppose to get with my hair. It should be colour and highlights but they didn’t present the original quotation paper they give me. I was overcharged yet didn’t get the correct colour and treatment plus damage my scalp. Never again I’ll step into this salon and I will let all my friends and family to know my experience in that way they will not go through what I experienced from this salon.

Would definitely not recommend getting piercings from this place, I got my nipples pierced here on Thursday night by a short obnoxious piece of work by the name of Vanessa, who was soooo rude from the start! I was informed that If I came in after 8: 45 I couldn’t get the piercing done, so I ran to the shop to the point I was still puffed at receiving the piercing, I was literalllly 1 bloody minute late (arrived at 8: 46) and she was just so horrible, didn’t bother making me feel comfortable what’s so ever! Then went on to pierce my areola instead of my actual nipple, then when I asked “why that side hurt more” she responded with, “cause it was the second piercing) didn’t even acknowledge the fact she pierced the wrong bloody spot.then proceeded to over charged me. Overall worst experience!

Asked the Team at Hairhouse Warehouse Mt Druitt if they had shampoo to get rid of Dandruff, They gave me some samples to try Brilliant Customer Service:)

Treated myself today, and got my hair washed, blow dried and trimmed by these awesome girls. From start to finish was a great experience.

I go here all the time, Sarah i would like to thank you and the girls for the great job you do. I have never been treated badly. Sarah is my hairdresser and this young lady knows her stuff from cut to colour. Thank you for everything.

Went on Tuesday to get my hair lighter. Mid session the bleach was burning and they took their time washing it off. Five days later, my head is so sore I can’t even lay on that side, and is very very tender. If I could give this less then 1 star I would’ve. This has never happened to my hair before. Very disappointed.
