Awesome place I got my hair done here all the time. It took a while to find my hairdresser but definitely found the one here. Definitely better than a lot of places in Hornsby.

A shout out to Cready. She pierced my daughter's ears for her birthday last week. Could not have asked for better service. Cready put my daughter at ease, was a complete perfectionist with placement, and made sure the experience was as painless as possible. My daughter was so so happy with her new earrings, and I would highly recommend Cready to anyone looking to get their ears pierced. Reading the reviews it looks like we might have to try her out as a hair stylist too.

Five stars is not enough! Cready was great with me, very kind and non-judgemental. She is thoughtful and careful enough to listen and not whip through the haircut. Definitely have a wash to experience her fantastic head massage!
The salon has a nice range of products. Their prices are very affordable, staff are super friendly and they do awesome piercings too. A big thank you to you all

This review is in regards to the colour royal line for toning hair. They dont work! A friend even warned me saying they didnt work for her either but I kept trying. Nope. The colour does not come though enough.
Staff in store are lovely and helpful though.

The piercer at Hairhouse Hornsby is excellent. Great placement, no pain, and a great price! Everything was explained well, couldn't ask for more.

I didn't get their name but they had a septum and really nice black and copper hair, they helped me pick out the right dye and treatment for my hair, had a great experience and I will return in the future

After trying many different hair salons here in Hornsby My daughter gave this place a try. Her hairdresser is Cready, Oh man! She is the best. My daughter won't go to anyone else or place. They are all so professional and the salon has a relaxed atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable and the stylists listen to what you require. This is now my salon. Thanks ladies.

The people working there are awesome. They are always friendly and helpful. I went there to get my daughters hair cut. They did such an amazing job. I highly recommend this place. They have a wide range of products. Will definitely go back.

That was the best piercing experience I could ask for, Angie was a major slay, and the piercing is perfect!

Christie gave me great advice and I was so happy with my cut and highlights that I keep going back.

I want to book my appointment for piercing on last Tuesday but lady older lady said no we are fully booked and she said you can book on Friday I said fine I am happy to come on Friday she booked me Friday on 4: 30 and on Friday I got a call from the store sorry we are canceling your appointment because we are very busy I said I already have appointment they said yes but unfortunately we are canceling your appointment without giving me any reasons.
Very disappointed.

Thank you for the pretty hair wave. Quick service when I went in last minute to get a light curl. Very affordable & only a 10 min freshen up. Helpful staff. Walked out with a beautiful GHD wave that stayed in all night & next day. Thank you for a no fuss & uplifting experience.

Simon did a duel ear piercing for my 6yr olds birthday. He made her feel so comfortable and relaxed. It was such a great experience we will be going to Simon for any future piercings in the family. Thank you Simon!

Several times I have gone into the store or called to see if there’s a piercer available to change my dermal over and the piercer is out ‘sick’ so I book an appt for a few days later and every time it gets cancelled as the piercer is still ‘sick’. Twice now I’ve been told that they will contact me when there’s availability and both times I never get contacted.

Came here twice for piercings and had a wonderful experience. Simon was very friendly and allowed me as much time as I needed when I was clearly nervous the first time around. Definitely recommend!

Friendly staff with excellent skills. They always try to accommodate you in a very courteous manner. Very reasonably priced as well
