Unimpressed with the $200 hair curler as it burnt my hair even on a low heat. Brought it back for a refund or an exchange. The staff is incredibly rude and I felt like I was being interrogated with questions.
Be very very careful about what you buy because you will be stuck with it.

Attended your store this morning there were 3 staff and no service. I wanted some help with ceramic brushes. One staff member came over. Without her mask on. Then scanned brushes with her phone. Looked away when I said hello. Won't be back.

Went in over the weekend to buy a hairdryer and the lady I spoke to was really helpful and friendly. I then also had my ears pierced by Phil and he was great, I don't understand the previous reviews. He was informative and very gentle as I was nervous to get them done.

I got my septum pierced by Phil yesterday. He was very professional and the space was extremely clean. He answered all my questions and provided an amazing experience. It was quick and pleasant. I will definitely be coming back to get pierced by him again in the future. Definitely recommend.

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced mid December. Chris was awesome and fantastic my daughter had a great experience he was very professional. Unfortunately one of the earings came out so I went back to get the one ear pierced only to be told no their don't pierce kids ears. Ridiculous and disappointed. How can a business survive when not everyone is on the same page. I would like the consent forms back that I signed to have my daughter's ear pierced.

I had the most incredible experience with getting my hair done today. Hair house warehouse’s hair dresser is so phenomenal. So professional, the best haircut that I have ever had. He knew exactly how to cut my hair (I have very curly thick hair). It is seriously the best hair-dresser appointment that I have ever had! So thankful for the professionalism and incredible service from the team! Will be recommending to everybody I know! Thankyou again!

Got my industrial pierced by Phil and he was very rough in handling my ear and didn't inform me on any of the procedure instead boasted about boosting stores reviews. Kept talking himself up and didn't mention any aftercare or how to look after it. Sister got ear piercing and was rough with her too. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

The “manager” is the rudest lady I have met and has absolutely no customer service skills. And the female piercer is even worse. Definitely won’t go there if either of them are there again because they’re both horrible. Love the owner tho he’s lovely

Went in only half expecting to be able to get same day hair extensions, they fitted me in and Paris did a fantastic job, even stayed back almost an hour late to get them done after a busy day, on a Sunday. Thankyou so much, I love them, will definitely be back.

I got my cartilage/helix piercing done today, wonderful kind staff that pierced my ear they did a great job and i went to get it down and I was very brave and did not cry
