I always have an amazing experience with the piercers here over the last 3 years, and today with Anthony was no different. Super patient, efficient and supportive the whole time I got my nostril repierced! Such a lovely person with amazing energy, I only wish I could pay him more!

Horrific service. Stood for 5 min waiting and a elderly staff member went out of the way to avoid me. When asked by another team member to serve me he ignored me and told the staff member that was clearly busy to get someone else to serve me. I wanted to purchase a septum ring I was not after any special treatment, just some service.

Took my six year old to get her ears pierced and had the most patient kind and respectful Gabriella ease and soothe her worries. Gabriella was professional and very skilled but beyond that I appreciated how well she treated my daughter. No pressure or frustration with her hesitation, understanding she wanted to get it done was just nervous and needed a little extra time. My daughter is thrilled and keeps taking about the stuffed dinosaur with all the piercings and cool earrings she got to cuddle. Thankyou Gabriella it's rare to find such a wonderful attitude when working with children. ️

On 23/05/23 I had my hair done by Jacqueline. It was full head foils which supposed to be pattern 2 blond and 1 brown The foils where too far apart and very thick and also, I end up with blond patch on the top of my head I did not want toner, as I am only using blue shampoo. When I come back home, I could not believe how bad my hair looking so I decided go back and fix it. Jacqueline add it four foils to the blond patch and wash my hair again. When I come back home. I notice that even I didn’t want toner the time she did apply with out asking me so now my hair from blond turn in to brown and silver colour. Vary upset.

I took my son in for a haircut and Samuel was so patience and friendly to us. He styled it exactly the way we liked. And I rebooked to come back and see Samuel again.

I had my hair done here by Paris. I went in prior to booking my appointment to make sure the services I wanted were possible. I was told I was able to have my hair bleached and coloured from black to a lighter colour. I went in and had my hair bleached which took two hours just to apply the bleach, and when it was washed out my hair had green and red patches all over it. Paris then told me that the toner would cover this. While I was sitting at the basin I asked if my hair was still in good condition after the bleach, to which she replied “Yes it’s fine”. After believing this falsified lie she told me, she applied the toner. The first round of toner “didn’t take properly” so then she applied another layer. After already being there for 4 hours she finally washed and dried my hair. I couldn’t believe my eyes as she was drying my hair. There were red patches all throughout my hair. Apparently two rounds of toner wasn’t enough. Not only that, I watched chunks of my hair fall out as she blow dried it. She went through 4 hair brushes full of my hair. When she was finally done I pointed out the redness and the fact my hair felt like straw and all she could offer me was a free toner and treatment. To think I spent $390 on this is ridiculous. I understand it is a big job but I shouldn’t have to come back another day because Paris messed up my hair so badly.

Bald dude who I asked for help was the rudest person I've literally ever spoken to in my life. Made me feel like I was the biggest inconvenience and just pointed to product on the shelf and walked away. I don't know if he was having a bad day or something but dang he was nasty. Went next door to priceline and recieved infinitely better help and actual recommendations. Will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

I have had two great shopping experiences with Christopher in piercing and body jewellery. He has a very positive attitude and welcoming energy and is always so happy to help. I would highly recommend seeing him if you have questions regarding piercing and jewellery. He is just awesome.

I got my ear piercing done in France a few months prior and recently part of the ring had dislodged. I went in today and spoke with a guy name Chris who was awesome. He explained throughly what was good and what I shouldn’t use, and he put in the new ring. The interaction made me feel like he cared. That’s all you can ask for when walking into a store and getting something like this done.

Originally I called and asked for the manager, I was told there wasn't one in the store on the day, spoke with Chris about purchasing a Nak Hair Product on Thursday July 21, when I opened it today it was broken, I was spoken down to in a rude and dismissive tone in regards to the return policy. Further explained the situation again and was directed it wasn't their problem. I didn't want my money back just an exchange which isn't an unreasonable request and dismissed again.
My Fiancé then phoned and asked for a manager to which he spoke with Alex who informed him he was the manager (therefore I was lied to about no manager there available) my Fiancé furthered explained to management that we just wanted an exchange which is no cost to them as they can return the faulty product to the rep, or instead out of common courtesy and customer service exchange the faulty product so that your customers return promoting further business.
This is the second time I have had a terrible experience at this specific store.
The first being a piercing to which I had to have removed immediately a week after from a third party due to severe infection and possible permanent damage.
When I phoned Castle Hill Hairhouse regarding this the manager at the time was more than obliging to refund my money WITHOUT proof.
She made me feel comfortable and waited after her work hours to allow me to come in so I didn't have to face the piercer. THAT is customer service.
Why is it that she can refund money without proof of purchase and believed my word alone, now when I want a simple exchange for a faulty product I was given an interrogation by current management and made to feel small.
NEED TO GET SOME CLARITY ON PROCEDURES AND POLICIES AS CLEARLY ONE MANAGER COMPARED TO ANOTHER DON'T ACT THE SAME!

Please do not get piercings done here! I’m sorry, I’ve never left a bad review anywhere before, but I feel like people should be warned so they don’t end up with lasting scars and problems like I have.

In December 2020, two friends and I had a total of 5 piercings done here (4 cartilage ear piercings, 1 nose piercing). Two of those had to be removed within the first month due to infection. Of the remaining three (two of which are mine), all have had lasting issues. My cartilage and my friends are both at really weird angles, going too far backward into our ear and angled dramatically downward. Other piercers have told us both that the angle they were pierced at is what has caused the constant bumps and pain we’ve dealt with ever since. My nose piercing also developed a granuloma (ugly red bump) that I’ve had trouble getting rid of for a year and a half now. A professional piercer/owner of a body piercing studio has helped it get better over time by swapping out the jewelry and giving me a tailored plan but has said it’s one of the most difficult cases they have ever seen. My cartilage piercing is probably not salvageable despite our efforts for the last 6 months and it will probably have to come out due to the angle, but it will likely leave permanent scarring at the back which can only be corrected with plastic surgery. I followed aftercare instructions perfectly. I wish I could go back in time and tell all of us to go somewhere more reputable.
