My hair was dyed blonde & I wanted to change it up. I wondered into Hairhouse Westfield Burwood and found this product KeraColor-Color + Clenditioner Silver Blue. I spoke with staff and was told that it would work well in my hair so I bought it -$39
I used it twice - the first time it didn't seem to make much difference and I checked the instructions before using it a second time within days. My hair had a horrible green tinge to it until I could get to a hairdresser. He needed to work very hard to get the colour out of my hair. I would not recommend getting advise from staff in this store. I feel they are focused on sales rather than what will work best for customers.

I cannot suggest this place enough, especially their piercer Bianca. While my partner was getting her ears expertly re-pierced by Bianca, she mentioned that she had been looking for a set of silver earrings with blue crystals so that she could wear a similar pair to those she had worn as a child. Bianca remembered this 5 weeks later and made sure to stock up with the exact earring, just in time for me to show up looking for an anniversary present 1 day later! It made for not only a fantastic customer experience but a very special anniversary present. If you're looking for a piercer that doubles as a psychic, ask for Bianca!

Lovely service, wish I got the young man’s name who helped me this afternoon. Was at the end of the day on a Friday, most places staff are grumpy and fed up at this time but I was met with a welcome and was helped out patiently with my fresh piercing which had fallen out.

I got two ear piercings about 6 weeks ago and they have turned out so bad. The lady who pierced my ears was nice and explained that she doesn’t use the piercing gun and only does it with a needle but this is how the piercing turned out. I purchased their salt spray and did not touch my piercing, now it is red and swollen when I remove the piercing. The piercing is also not straight, really not done well. I have four other piercings from elsewhere that all healed well and quickly.

Got my nose pierced by Bianca, with a needle. Amazing service, and very professional. Worth it because my nose has not yet been infected!

Got my ears pierced today. The piercer was very sweet and super smooth. She made recommendations on what looked best which I took on board and I love the outcome. Will definitely go back

Got my nose pierced this week by the lovely piercer here and she was amazing! So polite, helpful and minimal pain. Didn’t catch her name which I am regretting but I will likely return for a new ear piercing in the near future!

My two daughters aged 9 and 8 got their ears pieced and were both very anxious about doing so. Bianca was AMAZING! She was so patient and made them feel at ease. She was so lovely and professional and did not rush us one bit. She explained everything step by step and the girls walked out happy campers! I HIGHLY recommend anyone needing piercing done, then look no further than Bianca! The best

The staff at Hairhouse Burwood are always friendly, professional and helpful. Bianca is the amazing piecer there and I have had my last 7 piercings done with her and every experience has been very positive! Will definitely be returning.

Staff has poor knowledge of products. Was served by both Caucasian and Asian staff and had to give away to friends since they don’t refund/exchange products.
Have spent a good $$$
Do your research before purchasing rather than asking here.
Manager is really stand off-ish so don’t bother.
FYI i was being very polite.

I was just asking for the return policy incase If I want to return or exchange the products after, one of the middle age staff who was standing on the side started saying ‘we r not forcing you to buy our products but there will be no returns or exchange ‘ with so much attitude and rudeness. Worst customer service ever Definitely first and last time for the store
