April did my belly piercing and my nose, she was literally so patient, professional yet friendly, very informative and was so helpful and was willing to answer every question I had. Definitely going to get more piercings done by her, overall a really professional, friendly and caring place.
Went in and got my nose and lip pierced with April honestly the most amazing lady and the softest hands couldn't feel a thing! Highly recommend
I had two existing piercings downsized here and had the best experience. April is wonderful and talked me through every step making me feel extremely comfortable. They are very patient and professional. Thank you April for making me feel amazing!
Absolutely pathetic service. Attended the store 2days ago, asked if I purchased a colour and if I decided to not go that colour I could exchange the colour as long as it was unused/unopened. Well I decided to not go that colour and walked in to the store to exchange the unopened/unused boxes of dye. I was not greeted by a very nice staff member Alexandro who told me they can't exchange it due to their policy? Your staff member informed me otherwise.and you didn't have the decency to show you care for the consumer. I will take this further with consumer fair trading. You gave wrong advice at my expense.
I got my septum and belly pierced here and even though all is healing well at the moment after going to a different piercing shop the people that have pierced me did not tell me that I almost didn’t have the right anatomy for my navel nor told me how to clean it properly she also but in a bar that was way to short which resulted in it getting really effected luckily another shop helped me get the healing get back on track. When I got my septum pierced here they pierced it a bit higher then it’s suppose to be. Would not recommend getting anything pierced here if you want a healthy happy piercing
The staff at hairhouse Parramatta are absolutely amazing everytime I go there they are more than willing to assist me with any purchases.

I got my ears pierced by an apprentice accompanied by a employee and had the best experience. The two piercer’s were incredibly friendly and kindly spoken the procedure. I felt very comfortable and relaxed the whole time, was not panicking at all. Would definitely recommend anyone I know to come here for a piercing.
Piercer failed to tell me that i have a deviated septum before piercing it.i was left with a very crooked piecing with no explanation.not very happy
I’m absolutely disgusted with the service and treatment I received today.
I went in looking for two products recommended to me by a friend, was greeted at the door, and then followed to the products I was looking for without being given a chance to browse on my own. When I pointed out I was looking for black dye but was thinking of going for a dark brown instead, no questions were asked before the staff grabbed the product off the shelf, holding onto it for me, making me feel pressured to purchase that without even being asked any questions on what colour I’m trying to dye my hair, or even being told the colour I picked was essentially the same as my current (virgin) hair.
After purchasing everything and barely being given any niceties or actual customer service, I asked to take a photo of the sample hair watches for reference just incase, and was again watched intensely by the staff making me feel anxious and pressured to leave or be accused of something.
After leaving I ended up speaking with the person who recommended the products to me, only to be told what I bought was the same as my current colour and the staff should have at least mentioned that or explained the 1-10 colour scale for reference on what colour I’m at and how dark I was trying to go.
When I went back in maybe 30 minutes later to exchange the dye, I spoke with another staff member who happily swapped the dye I bought for the darker shade I actually needed.
However, when I asked to speak to a manager as I was disappointed with my previous experience, I come to find out that the manager is the one who made me feel anxious, pressured and dehumanised in the first place.
When trying to speak to her, to let her know I was unhappy she again made me feel unheard and even more anxious than before only telling me “because it’s dye we don’t normally do exchanges, but because you just bought it I’ll make an exception”. I had already exchanged the dye and was trying to tell her how unhappy I was with the poor level of service provided that lead to me purchasing the dye.
All I got was “I’m sorry you felt anxious”.
That experience alone and the managers horrible attitude and lack of customer service skills have left me never wanting to step foot near Hairhouse Warehouse Parramatta again.
As someone who has worked my whole professional life in both customer and client facing rolls, I would be absolutely ashamed of myself if I spoke to and treated a customer or client the way I was today.
Terrible service!
Three ladies sitting at the counter chatting away while me and my boyfriend stood there waiting to get their attention. After finally getting their attention they rudely showed me the survey I had to scan to get my piercing and walked away. The lady who did the piercing was lovely however the piercing got bumped and came loose. I called the store 5 times with no answer, on the 6th try they answered and said they couldn't hear us properly and to call back later. They shut in an hour, reason why they couldn't hear us was because the music in the store playing was way too loud. I will be coming back in if the piercing gets infected as their lack of assistance and care is ridiculous. Expected better.
All their talented hair stylists seem to have gone and the place is left with mediocre staffs only. I had a haircut couple of days back from someone who I found quite rude and definitely couldn’t follow my instructions on what I wanted.
Super nice, came to buy sea salt spray and then asked about my seconds piercing, they were closing in 5 mins but they still quickly looked at it and determined we had to take it out: (But they were amazing about it

Enquired pricing for colour treatment. While I was trying to find on my phone what type of colour treatment I wanted the two girls I asked kept glancing at one another (I think they thought I didn’t notice). Gives off a toxic environment vibe. I would say not professional if they are giving each other looks as a bet that I can’t afford it. And if they think that that’s fine, that’s their opinion. The pricing though is overpriced and that’s easy to compare to other hair salons in Parramatta. It’s also easy to tell this when the salon has no customers and there’s 3-5 staff available. Might help if the price was more reasonable
Really upset with this place I got full colour done and blowdry cost me $250 not nice wat they do to customers steal money I won’t be coming back here again.

Came in today with a thought that I wouldn’t be able to get the results I wanted because I had black box dye on my hair but after a quick few hours with Charbel and the two amazing women that were there I got a better out come then I thought. It was a lot lighter then I thought was possible and my hair feels healthier then it did before. The whole service was amazing definitely coming back:)
