Should’ve read the reviews before going. I was talking with the piercer and she suddenly put a piercing gun on my nose, i stopped for a second and she pierced it without any sort of warning. Piercing guns are awful and it’s my fault for not asking what they use but i thought she would’ve at least given me a warning before piercing. I have two nostril piercings so i know how they’re supposed to be done. I now have a dent on my nostril so thank you so much to these unprofessional women.

Belly piercings here are amazing, super quick, very sterile and a really comfortable place to get pierced in.

A few days ago I went to get my nose piercing at the salon, Lola attended me and it was a very good experience, the attention was very good, very attentive and delicate, I didn't feel any pain, I felt comfortable all the time. I recommend Hair Scissors Piercings 100%.

Lola and Ronza are fab. We have gone to see them on 3 occasions and each has been great. They are super fun and up beat and make the experience clean, quick and stress free.

I absolutely cannot believe the level of service I have just received. I called up earlier this morning to request a wash and blowdry. (I mentioned my hair was really thick and I’d prefer a senior stylist) when I arrived, I sat in the seat to get the wash. The sink where he was washing my hair was so uncomfortable. I made it clear I was uncomfortable but just presumed it was an uncomfortable basin. The man then realised he hadn’t put the cushion on and that was why I was feeling discomfort. (That’s fine accidents happen!) Then, BEFORE he put the conditioner in my hair, yeh grabbed all my ends and started brushing through with a comb.soooo forcefully! I could feel my hair breaking! It was horrible. I then went over to have the blowdry.he didn’t section my hair properly at all (even with the call prior to express my thick hair). He kept seeking reassurance by saying “are you happy” “are you comfortable”. I replied saying he would definitely need to go over my hair with the hair straighteners as my hair didn’t seem straight at all from the blowdry. When I got up, he grabbed the ends of my hair and said “this is all dead hair.it’s about to snap off”. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing! When I left they had the audacity to charge me extra for the straightening even though the man wasn’t capable of doing a straight blowdry. Such bad service. I will not be going back here and will be sure to tell people of my experience here! I feel so disappointed.

I went with my friend to get our ears pierced. It has now been over a year and my ear has not healed, very expensive as well.

Really happy with my haircut! It is a bit more on the expensive side. I paid $111 for a wash and cut (I do have long hair).

DO NOT GO HERE my friend and i got our belly buttons pierced and they pierced it ENTIRELY WRONG i am now stuck with TWO HOLES instead of one showing on my stomach. HORRIBLE PLACE HORRIBLE

I just got my hair washed and blow dryed here and I have never felt more compelled to write a review in my life. I paid $65 for a wash and blow dry that was done by a 14 year old girl, the older woman who was drying my hair kept applying oil because the wash was bad, which made my hair greasy. I felt so gutted after paying $65 for BY FAR the worst wash and blow dry in my life, when I could have paid an extra 3 dollars and had it done at a much more premium service like Joh Bailey where it costs $68 with actually qualified hair stylists. I would really appreciate being contacted by the owner as I’m so disappointed by the service.

I got a nose piercing about 3-4 weeks ago, the Lady who did it it was very lovely and make me feel comfortable all the time, actually It did not hurt! (and I was so scared about it) Now is looking very good because I followed all the cleaning treatment, thanks a lot again!

Went today, my friend got her double helix piercing, and was immediately unsatisfied with the results. First off it was marked relatively spaced out which was what she wanted when the piercing was done it was placed on an angle which did NOT match the ear curvature and was very wonky, after this we decided to go back and ask for any advice or solution to this satisfaction instead spoke to the manager whose details they would not give us. For over an hour and a half about the poor quality of the piercing and customer feedback, instead they laughed in our faces and said it was “ pierced correctly” in their eyes which it most certainly wasn’t.regardless of this they did not take into consideration customer feedback or dissatisfaction therefore if there was an option for 0 stars that’s what I’d be putting. The manger is extremely unprofessional and doesn’t care about the customers well-being. The staff at this shop were not contributing to this matter positive instead making up that we were harassing them and threatened to call security - to which we were going against it in a polite manner and it was obvious they would’ve called security to get out of a refund. The refunded was refused by the owner as well and any sort or compromise

Had a few cartridge piercings and my septum done. Piercer is amazing! She knew what she was doing and done it with minimal pain. Looks great and what I wanted. Perfect placement and super comfortable. Highly recommend.

Do not go here! My 8 year old twins hair cuts just cost me $100 each! Feeling completely ripped off. I spoke to them on the phone beforehand and was quoted $55 each. Ridiculous price for 8 year olds!

So disappointed Today I go out crying and I don't even want to look at my hair, I went to cut the ends and the girl took 1 span, you know how long it takes for a hair to grow and you trust and the person does a very bad cut, bad taste and take all the compliment off your hair. Had a men’s colour and cut and very impressed. Best cut and the colour was exactly what I wanted. Price very fair for the quality and service. Telling all my friends this is the salon to go to!

I got my belly button and my rook pierced here, both were so infected! The belly button piercing was pierced above my belly button and my rook piercing is still infected and swollen. I was also promised a full refund and never got one.

I cannot even begin to say how bad and unprofessional the piercer here is! I went to get my double helix done today and I’m kicking myself that I didn’t read the reviews. Immediately after getting it pierced I noticed my piercings were on an angle which is absolutely not meant to happen. I went back to explain that it was done by wrong and the piercer refused to even admit that she did anything wrong and proceeded to laugh and belittle us. The staff at this shop then went to extreme lengths to avoid giving me a refund by threatening to call security because we were “harassing” them when in reality we were waiting at the store for over an hour because the piercer had run off and refused to talk to us. Please do not do it to yourself and go to a professional piercer I could not of had a worse experience and if I could give this shop 0 stars I would. I have never had a worse customer service experience in my life as well as the worst piercing experience ever - please go to a professional. Judging from these reviews and my own experience this lady has no idea what she’s doing. I’m so disappointed and upset, when you pay $120 for two cartilage piercings you expect the best quality not a rushed job that is done incorrectly by a piercer who obviously has no idea what she is doing.

Took our nearly 4 year old to just cuts for her first ever trim and she was crying and not happy, we were asked to leave. We stumbled past Hair, scissors & piercings. Thought it would be really really expensive but at this stage we didn’t care. Jenni came over and spoke to us and stated to chat to my girl about princesses. She sat down with her mum and cut her hair without incident. We were very grateful and can only speak highly about Jenni.
Price was good too, possibly cheaper than just cuts.
