Hair News (by Tony) is always above and beyond for service. For years now, Tony has always found time for me, and his haircuts are second to none. In fact, all staff are attentive, polite and cheerful; It's always a pleasant experience. The new premises are very nice, the place is just a vibe. Seriously, just book the appointment.

Tried out this place for the first time and they were really friendly and professional. I loved how healthy and natural my hair looked afterwards. Will definitely be back

I have had my hair cut here a few times and Tiffany always does an amazing job! She listens to what I want and gives me the cut I want even without many reference pictures.

The staff is very kind and efficient and the hospitality is excellent. I 100% recommend this place and Tiffany!

It pains me to write this review, given that I believe that the service provided by Hair News was one of the best that I have had from a hairdresser. However, what I cannot justify is the exorbitant price that is charged for a men's haircut. In the hopes of getting a quality haircut, I walked into the shop and greeted by warm service. But for the price of $50 what I got made my head look like a square.

The hairdresser said it wouldn't be possible to get the haircut I wanted from reference photos I prepared unless I had a perm, which is fair enough. But the subsequent haircut I had when I told them to cut it to suit my face was less than satisfactory.

I do not wish ill will for the staff at Hair news, they were all very kind and hospital. What I cannot justify is paying that kind of money a haircut. For future customers, I am sure if you provide reference photos you can get the hair cut you want. This review is based only on the haircut, and I cannot review other aspects of this business. Personally, however, I will get my hair cut somewhere else.

Came here for the first time for a down perm and colour. Tiffany, Tony and the team were welcoming and professional. The salon is relaxing and comfortable, with free drink, snacks and pillow provided.
Tiffany was attentive and did an amazing job on styling my hair + giving styling advice.
Will definitely come back next time and make sure to make a booking as weekends are busy.

This shop is unfortunately well known for their rude management. If you’re looking for a hairdresser, it is best to avoid them completely.

Tony and Co makes me feel special whenever I come here. I never realised getting a hair cut was so relaxing and therapeutic.

Sadly the owner is very rude and stuck up. His tone when speaking is like barking at you. I felt so embarrassed and ridiculed infront of everyone else. I decided to wait for 30mins at Kim Sun Young instead. The owner greeted me like how polite Koreans do, totally different energy and vibe.

My go to place for haircuts in Sydney! The staff are all really friendly and accommodating, and they've given me extra tips on how I should style my hair based on my hair shape and growth. Tony has been especially helpful, and goes out of his way to make sure I'm well looked after with coffee and snacks. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hairdresser!

I've been a very happy customer at Tony's for over 7 years, Tony's team are incredibly professional, polite and very time efficient. They usually have 2-3 hairdressers available but bookings are essential if you're looking for an appointment on weekends or weeknights.

Come to here because of the review. Unfortunately I don’t like the outcome of my hair at all. It make me look old and old fashion. My friend and my kids all hate it. This place is not for me.

My brother received good haircuts at this place so I decided to dye my hair for the first time here. The hairdresser answered all the questions I had about dyeing hair and was very polite. I was offered tea and coffee and even took a break from the process to eat. I also asked for a haircut where they cut and styled my hair beautifully. I loved the finished result and felt that my hair was very soft because they gave it good treatment. Overall, the price was reasonable and I was glad that I came here to dye my virgin hair. Definitely recommend this place, amazing experience.

Tony has been my hairdresser for 4 years and for good reason. He does an impeccable job every time and for a very fair price. If you’re looking for a haircut or a perm then this is the place to go.

He is also extremely kind and accomodating, even with small gestures like offering coffee/tea.

The place fit me in an hour before closing. The staff were all very friendly, and the gentleman who cut and styled my hair was honest and gave good advice based on my hair type and what look I was going for. The price is quite good too. Will definitely be revisiting!

First time coming here and it was a pleasant experience! After showing a few reference photos, the hairdresser quickly knew what to do. Although it was a simple haircut, the hairdresser who served me (Amy) took her time and I was satisfied! It was a little pricey for a trim, but the job was well done so no complaints! Will come again~

Great place for haircut and perm. Everyone is incredibly polite and mindful. Great price also. This just became my one and only place for haircuts.
