I hired Sam to work on our home after having dealt with another building designer that wasn't able to bring my vision to life. Not only did Sam guide us through the whole design process with constant communication, transparency and patience, he designed a beautiful home that ticked all our boxes. His design for our home was well put together, every space was thought through carefully so that it flowed well, and his eye for fine details was apparent throughout. I'd highly recommend him if you are looking for a designer that thinks outside of the box.

Let me start off by saying, what architects can do with modelling apps, Sam can do with some crayons and sharpies. I don’t think I’ve spoken to such a young man who holds himself with such stature and understanding like Sam. All my qualms about his modifications to my original ideas were met with a quick call and all my worries had been answered. I felt as though I was kept involved in every step of the process and Sam showed me what I didn’t know I wanted. But boy oh boy am I glad I got it. Sams the man.
