1-star is too generous. I had the displeasure of dealing with Rob Cozens and have regretted it ever since. His absolutely shameless dishonesty led to the significant financial loss and heartache of my family and I. Not many people these days have the gall to make promises with a smile, offer a warm handshake to seal the deal and then stab you in the back given the first opportunity. Much more supporting information and evidence can be posted here if any doubt is raised. Hopefully others can learn from the mistake I made by trusting in this shady character. Shame on you Robert Cozens!

I can not praise Habitat Building Management enough. They are always extremely proactive and, by being so, we never have any problems. For those unforeseen things that may crop up, they always step up and provide excellent advise as well as managing the outcome.
