I accidentally cut our internet cable. John arrived promptly with 45 minutes of initial call. There were a lot of cables jumbled up but John managed to isolate the cable and fixed it. He came with the right tools and knowledge. The price was also fair. I would recommend this company and John in particular. Thank you guys
