Love these drinks. Couldn’t get from my local supermarket anymore so I thought I’d order online. Purchase completed with no issues & order received within a week. As postage is expensive, I ordered in bulk. No real price difference to the supermarket in the end. Now decided to get a regular delivery.

Excellent product and prompt delivery. The cold brew coffee is too weak, the older product was better in paper popper container; either increase to 2 shots or decrease coconut water.

A great range of beverages focusing on quality natural ingredients. After what started as the purchase of watermelon juice at my local ALDI; I have become less of a customer and more of a dedicated fan, keen to try out and enjoy new H2coco products as they become available. I feel like a Guava drink right now.

Ok I should've checked the size, but I downed these little coconut waters in 3 gulps. I received them 2 days ago and they're all finished. Worst of all, when I first ordered them, I got an email saying "Your order is on it's way! ". 3 days later "Your ordeer is on it's way! ". 6 days later "Your order is on it's way! ". If I was anyone else I would this 2 litre coconut water below that tastes great and is only about $5 from Woolworths. I'm aware that the below photo is not from H2coco, but if you shop around the photo below will be the best deal you will find on a different brand without waiting for a 45 year order that's. "On it's way! "

The shipment was pretty slow –nearly 3 weeks – and when I tried to contact the company to find out when I could expect the product, none of the email addresses worked. A few things need to be improved.

Best coconut water in the business, it’s taste like really coconut with none of the bad stuff added. Don’t bother buying anything thing else.

100% pineapple. Tasted like sugar and full of preservatives. Its More like flavoured water. Im very dissapointed.

Good Experience with getting product shipped. Timely. However, if you are relying on varied quantity of coconut water packs, then it is inconvenient to keep ordering it and awaiting shipment.

What a truly fantastic company! I contacted them regarding a delivery that I had no update on for a week and they could not have been more helpful. Not only did they follow it up for me (both via email and phone) but they sent me out a whole new order free of charge in case the first one didn't make it to me. Such an amazing gesture and truly exceptional customer service. Excellent products and an excellent team and commitment to putting their customers first. I got a bad batch in a 2L bottle of coconut water, I let them know and the kind people at H2coco were very professional in handling my complaint. Thank you H2coco.

Last friday I bought a 2L bottle at Coles and used it for cooking some hotpot at my sister's. The moment we opened the seal and pour into the pot, I asked my sister if I coulda have a sip, it tasted like soap, sour and had no coconut flavour. The pulp looked very bad and it had lots of small bubbles inside. Other people also tasted and they couldn't stand the smell.
I used to love the other products from this brand especially the pink version but this is unacceptable. It ruined the value of the brand!
