I want to thank Daniel at GYC Peakhurts as he was great to deal with, very knowledgeable and was able to match correct machine to my needs and the size of my yard. I strongly recommend GYC as for them its about the service to there client and not the bottom dollar.

Took in my Honda whipper snipper for repairs and was treated and respected very well! The repair was completed in less time than quoted and the cost was close to the estimate given. The whipper snipper works like a dream. Great work guys.

Young bloke served me very helpful, knew what he was talking about and prepared the unit and put the mower in the car for me.
Sadly, due to bad traffic, I turned up on the doorstep 5 mins b4 closing time. It wasn't my plan, & as a retail guy myself, I despise it when it happens. I told the guys this & I was happy to return the next day. Phil & his colleague went that mile, to not only get together 2 products I wanted, but also put them physically together; (twice after discovering one had been used - which would have been fine) instructed me, then delivered them to my car and stayed back after work for 25 mins more to do it. As I say, I despise it, so I really hate doing it to other ppl, but, I'm guessing that the 3 of us went home happy after a last minute 1000.thank you Phil et al for looking after me so well, it prevented a night of ear-bashing that would have otherwise ensued I hope you guys had a great nite
Not much in a way of service.personal is so rude when customer is asking question.just today I ask if they selling pressure hose kit with gun to replace from my old gerni.you would expect them to say.what brand it is or something along that line.answer was. NO WE DON'T.then I say but how can you say that when you don't know what brand I am enquiring about?
He said to me.no need to be rude to me.
My question is.is this how people in retail shop conduct them self's toward customer. ITS APPALLING in my view!
I've been coming to this shop for over 10 years. When I started my business, most of the machinery I needed was purchased from this GYC.
I've always found their service good, and prices quite reasonable.if you're a tradie.
These guys are very knowledgeable about the equipment they sell, and have a huge range of products.
There is undercover parking below the shop.
I recently purchased a Cub Cadet ride on mower from Phillip Guerreiro at GYC mowers Peakhurst. Phil was amazing. He was attentive, explained everything, polite, and through in all my dealings with him. I would highly recommended him and GYC Mowers for anyone looking for a ride on.
Went to purchase a lawnmower and it was still 25 minutes before closing time told to get out of the car park they are now closed told the rude man with g y c attireand he told me they are closed and not to park in to get out of there basement parking I asked isn't that a bit early to close and all he could say we close when we want to very very rude never ever return there for buy any products if they think very little of the customers, I always get amazing service at Mitre 10 Peakhurst
