Couldn't’ speak more highly of Matty at guzFITT. I have been having sessions with him for two years now. Matt is a non pretentious professional who has built a holistic program around my needs and driven me to completely rebuild my fitness. The visible results (and the gentle banter) have me looking forward to workouts for the first time ever!

Matt is a fantastic coach and fitness expert. I was in Sydney visiting family over the holidays for a few weeks and Matt designed a tailored training program for me to focus on strength, mobility and recovery. A pleasure to interact with. The sessions were always fun, well planned and productive. Great communication! Great value! Highly recommend

Matt is a fabulous PT who is exceptionally knowledgeable about anatomy and physiology, and is responsive in striving towards reaching your fitness goals. I’ve never been great with tailoring quality gym programs to build strength myself, so having Matt design great workouts is proving worthy - haven’t felt this fit or strong in a long time

Great fitness training with a very experienced and knowledgeable coach Shirin. Really enjoyed my session with her and I liked how personalised it was. Highly recommend it.

Shirin from Guzzfit has been my Personal Trainer since December 2020. I decided to invest in a PT so that I could concentrate on specific goals - core strength, posture and weight loss.

I feel confident when training with Shirin as she keeps a close eye on my technique and is 100% present in each of my Personal Training sessions.

Shirin has a very positive and happy outlook on life and is generous in nature - sharing her vast knowledge in nutrition and healthy lifestyle tips, which I find really helpful.

Since training with Shirin, not only has my body improved in the areas that we have worked on but my confidence and self-esteem has greatly improved as well, which I believe is a direct result.

I can highly recommend Shirin as a Personal Trainer.

I have been training with Matt for over seven years. Matt's enthusiasm and expertise mean that I have always been engaged in the sessions and there is enough variety to stay motivated. Matt's extensive experience means that he is a fountain of knowledge with regards to all aspects of health and fitness. Matt takes into consideration any issues I may be experiencing and adapts my training accordingly. I highly recommend guzzFit for anyone who wants to improve their fitness and have a workout that is challenging but also fun too!

I've been training with Matt for some time now. Each session is building on the previous due to his attentive process of ensuring our goals are achieved. He's never distracted from the task and I'm always walking away feeling like I've gained something from each meet. His knowledge of body mechanics has help highlight my areas of weakness and form correction, which is why I came to him in the first place.

Matt is an awesome trainer. He is always upbeat, pushes you during a session and is really great at both making sure your form keeps you injury free and tailoring exercises for old injuries/weaknesses.

Shirin has been training my partner Brooke twice a week over the past year and has really helped her on many levels. I can see a big difference in her strength and well being. She always comes home from her sessions feeling great. In her own words:

Matt and Shirin are focussed on outcome with an eye to detail, form and movement are paramount. I did the 12 weeks program and it really transformed my body. Heads up, this will take full commitment, in the beginning you might feel your behind, but Matt and Shirin did help me to go the extra mile. Thanks Matt!

Pretty good personal trainer, pushed me to make an effort with weights and cardio workouts and very happy with results after only a short couple of weeks. Would highly recommend.

“I started training with Shrin in a bid to improve my posture and generally tone up. What I achieved with her help was far beyond this my overall strength and fitness improved so much in a short space of time that I was able to perform exercises I would never have attempted on my own. Each workout is tailored to you, they are hard work but always have an element of being fun, which keeps you motivated. I have learnt so much from Shrin, she is willing to share her expert knowledge and answer any questions you come up with.  Her tips on nutrition are excellent and her dedication is clear”.

I have trained with matt for around 2years. Matt has helped me reach my training goals. Matt is thorough in his preparation of our session's, as well as making sure that you are working your muscles correctly and is always motivating you to push your self to reach your goals. He also builds programs for my home training as well as in the gym. Matt offers advice on nutrition and any thing to do with physical fitness in general. Nothing ever seems to be to much touch for matt and makes training a lot of fun as well.

Matt has trained me for years now and I have a firmer bum and legs thanks to him! He is certainly one of a kind and definitely knows his stuff. He will always be there and gradually ensures you get stronger whilst being mindful of any niggles or pain you might have and doing all the stretches you need. I train with him every week and am glad he is my trainer. He will make you laugh and also wake you up bright and early in the morning. With confidence I recommend Guzzfit. Thanks Matt!

Matt has been a part of my life for over a year now, his knowledge, enthusiasm, motivation and genuine enjoyment of PT keeps me coming back for more!
